I needed a temporary rug until I am able to move forward with an interior design redo. Didn't want to put a lot of money into something I knew wasn't going to stay around. This rug is actually quite cushiony and soft. There's a seam right down the center, but again, this is a temporary item for me so I can overlook that.

We were a little worried this rug would have a chemical smell or not be comfy for a new baby to lay on. WE WERE TOTALLY WRONG !! - This rug is SO soft and it's actually very thick and feels better than the carpet we have in the room !! There was no smell we could detect and we put the air purifier in the room that gives us a room rating on "clean air" and it showed 99% clean.

This luxurious, thick rug has been placed on my tiled flooring for approximately one week. Contrary to my initial expectations, it has not shed excessively. Having owned shaggy rugs in the past, I was aware that using a stick vacuum at full power would be detrimental to the rug's fibers, potentially causing the roller to cease functioning. Consequently, I employ the lowest setting to prevent any damage. One persistent issue, however, is the presence of creases in the rug despite being on the floor for a week. Regrettably, in order to optimize shipping efficiency, the rug was folded instead of rolled, resulting in these creases. Despite this minor inconvenience, the rug remains an excellent addition to my home décor.

I was really excited to get this 10'x14' area rug for the hardwood floor in my living room, and it does look nice, but with one glaring issue - there is a huge seam going right down the center of the rug and it is very noticeable. At first, I thought there was a big wrinkle in the rug, but no, it's actually a seam and there's no way to hide it. Maybe it's because the rug is so large? But still, I am so disappointed! The obvious seam down the middle certainly does not make the price of the rug worth it, in my opinion.
