This office chair is so comfortable. The seat cushion is thick, with just the right firmness and support, so I don't feel uncomfortable even after long hours of work. It's better than any other office chair I've used before. The materials feel high-end, the design is simple and stylish, and it's quick and easy to assemble. If you spend a lot of time sitting at your desk, this chair is an absolute daily essential. The reclining function is especially useful; I use it every day. Massage functions are non existent. It makes noises like it's massaging, but you can literally feel nothing. The heat is also very minimal. As just a chair-it's comfortable, but I needed a chair that would massage and heat my back and this is not it. Do not buy for these functions.

This chair is insanely comfortable. It has an S curve to it and it feels so nice against your lower back. The chair reclines and the foot rest is so amazing. I can sit crisscross in the chair, I just have to recline it a bit so the arm rests lower. The vibrations are nothing major but the heat is a nice touch.
