And I'm here to tell you 7 years later, I'm not going to put the money out for a wooden fence when these worked perfectly and still do! I had one panel destroyed because the neighbor parks his broken down truck next to it and puts his garbage in the back - so animals head there, jump on the top and claw their way over. No problem, put a new panel up! Gotta tell you, these work well and the price can't be beat! HIGHLY recommend.

We put ours on the wooden privacy fence along the side of our yard, near our above-ground pool. Our neighbors weren't really able to see us unless they walked up and peeked through the cracks between the boards, but it still felt like they were RIGHT THERE all the time since they spend most of their time in their backyard. This screen gave us an enhanced feeling of seclusion, like we're hiding in our own little oasis. I would imagine that sensation would even more pronounced if you were used to having just a chain link fence. It's not really made to attach to wooden fences, but we used little 2.4 inch S-hooks that we just hung over the top of the boards, and threaded the other side through the eyelets on the screen. Very easy to install. My husband did the entire 50-foot screen in about 10 minutes and we had a brand new private paradise! Very happy!

The material wasn't what I expected but I bought it for my dog run. It definitely met my size expectations, which was a huge win for me. The material is definitely something I'll have to keep an eye on. I'm worried the wind will tear it, but for now it seems to be working.
