The winch works and is heavy duty. The cable wrapping part is a pain in the ass. It keeps slipping the track and getting caught. But once it’s lined up and attached it works great. I have been using it to take down trees.

Not designed to do its own weight rating. Cheaply made and not quality checked. Once starting pulling cam started binding up causing it unable to pull as needed. Pay for more and buy a higher quality puller

Cable spool was locked up, would only release 1/2 turn making it impossible to release cable. Also, there are no instructions, but I found that this is the same as the $24 Harbor Freight unit that does have instructions on-line.

Although somewhat cumbersome, when your dog plants all four paws on the ground and refuses to go another step, it’s easy to attach this around a tree and to winch the dog along. Can also be used on recalcitrant children.
