Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product over other because of its look and comfortable looking cushions. I like the pillow top look and feel. I also liked that it had a frame to it. It is good and solid and easy to assemble. All the tools and equipment are there and easy to put together and locks in. I also love that it has a console compartment to store stuff and charging unit. All is easy to assemble and it works great. It looks very inviting and comfortable. This would be 5 stars except for the directions were incorrect for what was shipped. Labeled items did not match directions. Pictures in directions did not match physical item. My assumption is the wrong pamphlet was put in the box. Nbd, just added some time to assembly. After I figured that out and pieced it together it went great. The couch looks amazing, it’s durable, it’s a perfect fit for our home giving our children more room to play. It’s very comfortable and the cushions are super thick. Our previous couch cost double the price and was 1/2 the quality. I would recommend this couch to anyone who wants a midsize sectional. ... show more

Just finished building the couch which was pretty simple for the most part but it’s a lot smaller than the pics make it look. It sits very low to the ground and the back of the couch is rather short. The cushions do add a bit of height but still feels low. For almost $1,000 I could’ve just went to a furniture store and got what I needed. The color is true to the pictures but the material is not plush at all, looks more like a matted 70’s rug than a plush velour. A little disappointed and probably will have to just take the loss because repacking and shipping back would be a bigger hassle. Wouldn’t buy from this vendor again. 2.75 stars at best. Assembly was pretty simple, but the chaise legs don’t touch the ground completely once assembled to the other pieces. Charger works well so far, just wish the cord was longer to reach the outlet. ... show more

I bought a 13 foot couch on Amazon. Thinks that’s not risky?!? Took about 2 hours to assemble. Did t rush it. All parts were there. We can now easily sit 4 adults to watch tv or a game anti mean easily. The couch is 13 feet long. Two can sleep while two sit comfortably watching. It took about 5 days for delivery. 6 boxes. Advice. Just sit for a few and read the instructions and get a feel for building the bases. Once you build one the others go fast. ... show more
