A good budget cooling rack. It's clunky and clumsy to set up, but once to get the bars latched to the height you want and secured, it works well. It's fairly stable when you get the nuts tightened, finger strength is fine, a teeny tiny bit wobbly, but it won't fall over unless you knock it over. I would recommend trying it if you need a budget rack.

I have some mixed feelings about this “stackable” cooling rack. It’s a really great idea, but the execution could use some improvement. I was excited about this since I make big batches of cookies for gifts, and finding space for all of them to cool as I go can be challenging -- this frees up a lot of counter space. I liked that there were three different heights you can “lock” it at, so there are options that work no matter what I’m baking. The metal is coated, and easy to wipe down. When I actually tried to use it, however, I ran into some issues. The first was the setup and locking mechanism. With only one person, trying to loosen the bolt, hold it at the right height, slot the bar, and re-tighten the bolt can be challenging, especially since I couldn’t really do both sides at once (not enough hands), so it was lopsided while I was working on the first side. The second big issue for me is that the racks are only attached on one side and they swivel, so when I accidentally knocked it while transferring cookies to it, the rack swiveled up and dumped the cookies, which is obviously not great. I do like that the racks collapse when I’m done with it -- it saves me some storage space. Overall, I will definitely be using this (carefully) for my larger batch baking, and it has been super useful to have stacked cooling racks, but it is more finicky to use than I would like.
