I cannot attest to how these bags will work for elk as I have not been elk hunting before but I do use them for deer hunting in the mountains. These bags make it significantly easier to pack out a deer rather than taking the whole animal up or down the mounting. They have a good size to them and can hold a decent amount of meat in each one. The seem to be made of a quality durable fabric and have a good cost for what you get. From everything that I have seen with these so far they are quite functional and should serve me well over a few seasons.

Awesome material. Super easy to clean when done with it and roll it back up for storage. Super lightweight can pack it all around and never even know it was there. I love that you get three different sizes of bags helps out a lot. Definitely worth the money.

These game bags worked perfectly for a recent backcountry white tail deer hunt. I really liked that they come in different sizes so I was able to use different bags for different sized parts of the deer. The material works well to keep dirt out and I would think they would keep flies off too though I didn't have that issue. They are a bit large for an average sized whitetail deer but should would great for a large mule deer or elk. After packing out the deer and processing it I washed the bags in a little bleach and hot water and they came clean. I will be able to use them again and again. Great purchase!! exceptionally durable and generously sized, making them a solid choice for hunters processing larger game like elk or caribou. The material feels tough and well-constructed, with enough stretch to accommodate substantial cuts of meat. The inclusion of reflective strips is a smart touch for visibility in low light conditions. While they offer great quality, they are noticeably heavier than some of the ultralight alternatives I’ve used, such as the reusable KUIU bags. Because of that, I wouldn’t carry all five in my pack during a hunt—I'll likely bring two and supplement with lighter bags for weight savings. Also worth noting: the included rope isn’t pre-attached, which I don't plan on using anyways. For the price, this is a good-value kit with excellent durability and generous sizing.

I was surprised when I felt the fabric of these bags. The fabric is soft and expandable yet quite strong even being drug on the ground a bit while holding sections of game in them. I was so happy to see how well they laundered after each use. Still some discoloration from blood but not as I expected. They hold a lot of meat while still being manageable enough to carry comfortably. The price point is more than reasonable and they do a fantastic job.

These game bags are sewn well and seem quite durable and easy to use. They come with a little light reflector sewn onto them too. With that said, the material is heavy and bulky. For that reason I personally don't see these being very functional on a true elk hunt; which usually requires multiple days of hard hiking in the backcountry, where every ounce counts. These are just too heavy and bulky to make the cut of what I allow into my pack on such an outing. With that said, if you're ATV hunting or day hunting, and require a gamebag these will probably be just fine.

Just got these game bags in, and first impression: they look and feel great. The material is soft yet sturdy — breathable enough to let air circulate, but thick enough to keep bugs, dirt, and debris out while hanging meat. The stitching looks strong and consistent all around, which is something you want when packing out heavier quarters. They came neatly packed in a reusable zip bag with paracord included, which is handy for hanging meat or tying off the bag tops. The fabric feels similar to higher-end synthetic game bags I’ve used before, but at a much better price. I haven’t used them in the field yet, but judging by the quality, these should work perfectly for deer quarters or even an elk if you’re breaking it down. They don’t seem to hold much scent and should wash and reuse well after a good rinse. If you’re a hunter who likes to keep your game clean and protected while cooling, these are a solid choice.
