I’ve been wearing this smart ring for about two weeks, it surprised me in a good way. The design is sleek and light, I barely notice it on my finger. It feels comfortable during workouts and even while sleeping, it was something I worried about at first. The app setup was quick, the data syncs almost instantly. I use it for heart rate and sleep tracking, both seem accurate compared to my smartwatch. I like the battery lasts several days on a single charge. Charging is simple with the included cable, takes about an hour to top up. Another thing I appreciate is how it looks like a regular ring, it doesn’t stand out as a fitness tracker.

It is much more comfortable than a smartwatch as it doesn't feel heavy or chunky on my wrist. Sleep tracking has been decently accurate and I like being able to look at my sleep stats first thing in the morning. The fit is not too thick, and it feels pretty sturdy and smooth. The fact that it is waterproof is nice too because I never have to take it off when washing my hands, or while working out, etc. Battery lasts long. I only have to charge it every few days. For the price, it has been a convenient little fitness gadget.
