Looking for a miracle? CLA doesn't do that. it's a supplement I have been using for years to help build and retain healthy muscles. There is something about CLA that accelarates toning for me when I exercise regularly and eat a decently healthy diet. No supplements will work by themselves but this is one of those you can count on to give you a boost that will help keep muscles and motivate you because muscles accelerate weight loss when it's combined with good eating and exercising. It's a supplement so you have to give it time to work. For me, I start to notice some results after a couple of weeks but it does take a good 6 weeks to see really visible muscle tone. I swear by eat and this brand is one of the highest dosages for one pill that I've ever taken. I expect to take less pills for the same results as my 1,000 mg pills. Should an update be necessary I will post one with the date.

I have been taking a couple of these before dinner, and with regular exercise I have noticed that they help me stabilize my weight. I did not notice any side effects like upset stomach or aftertaste.

As others have stated, the capsules are rather large. I don't have a problem with them, but I have to imagine some will. Still these are a nice large dose of CLA in a nice smooth capsule. Other brands I've tried have a strong smell, these smell and taste like nothing.

I've been taking CLA for several years and confirm that it makes a difference in weight management when combined with an exercise plan. My preferred CLA product is 1300mg and I would typically take one or two pills with lunch and one with dinner. This product has the same potency, but is 1500mg, resulting in a slightly higher dose. I normally take one softgels with both lunch and dinner. I prefer this to the recommendations of some products to take a single pill 3x per day or the recommendation of this product to take 3 pills once per day. For me, I've found the a pill or two at lunch and one at dinner result in better energy for workouts and the body more efficiently pulling energy from fat rather than muscle mass. I don't believe the slightly higher dose (and larger pill size) is worth the higher price. On a per pill basis, this is almost twice as expensive as some of the cheaper options out there and about 50% more than my preferred brands.

I'll caveat that individual results may vary. I took these for about a month, for weight loss, and can't say I noticed any different at all. No change in appetite or metabolism, as advertised. Like others have noted, the pills are very large, and taking the recommended 3 daily is actually a bit of a challenge. I didn't really notice any adverse effects either. Overall, for my purposes, this was a miss.

Look up safflower oil benefits it helps a lot of ailments and weight loss. I’ve been taking this supplement for only a few days and I’m still alive! I haven’t noticed and major changes but I will continue taking for all the benefits they have. Very good quality and very good buy.

I have been issuing this for a little over 2 weeks now and I will have to say I have started to feel a difference in my body. I started my fitness journey 3 months ago doing HITT and cycling classes but I’ve struggled with the ability to sweat. My body will get hot or over heated but will hold water hostage. A few days after starting with this CLA I was so happy to notice that I was dripping sweat. And I’m not sure if it’s a combination with my protein, fish oil and vitamin E that’s causing my body to feel great but I know the difference has only started since after using this supplement. My only gripe with this is the size of the capsules. In the photo, I’m comparing the 3 CLA capsules to my vitamin E and fish oil. It’s pretty large. I’m so glad it’s gels because I don’t think I would be able to continue use if it wasn’t.
