I am a convert to metal box springs. I was apprehensive at getting this at first. Call me old fashioned. But I was always a believer of wooden box springs. This one proved me wrong. Out of the box, this box spring was very easy to assemble. You just need the space. The parts looked and felt solid and durable. After surveying the parts and looking at assembly instructions for the few minutes, I went for it. With the power tool, I figure it must have taken about 15 minutes to assemble the entire thing and dress it up with the cover. Once, assembled, this thing could probably hold zombies at bay. It was so solid. I placed it under our mattress and could not tell the difference between the metal box spring and a wooden one. I could not tell at all. Great find!

This is a heavy duty box spring. I received the queen size. I was worried when the box arrived damaged, but all the pieces were strapped together very well inside the packaging. None of the pieces for the box frame were missing or damaged inside. Assembly of the box frame was easy and the directions were simple to understand. All the tools required for assembly were included and assembly took less than an hour. Once assembled, the frame is very solid. It does not wiggle or squeak in any direction. The metal has a nice matte black finish to it. The frame also comes with a fabric cover that has a non-slip top on it, that fits perfectly over the frame. The box spring can sit directly on the floor as a low profile bed, but it also fits perfectly into a standard queen bed frame. As other box springs in the house need replacing, this is the type of box spring I will be replacing them with.

We recently ordered a new queen mattress for a guest/spare bedroom. Saw that the traditional box spring with coils also needed to be replaced. I wasn't sure about ordering a box spring without traditional innerspring coils, but I decided to give this one a try. I received this last night. Shipped quickly and was delivered by UPS in pristine condition. I assembled the box spring in less than 20 minutes this morning. Really didn't need instructions as the photo on the product page shows you how it goes together. The pieces simply snap in place without the need to attach each brace with screws. There were no bent pieces or any issues aligning the parts. The product page says it will hold up to 3000 lbs. I guess only time will tell about that. This metal box spring fit into our queen frame perfectly. Laying a fairly heavy Sealy mattress on it didn't seem to affect it in any way. Again, only time will tell. I looked at many others similar to this one. Most were priced 25-30% higher. As of now, at this price, I would recommend this box spring.

I received the queen size frame and so far, it's been great for me. It's very sturdy and I trust it will continue to hold up my mattress with ease. The process to put it all together took me about 45 minutes by myself, and I was taking my time with it while watching YouTube videos in the background. If you really wanted, you could get it done within 30 minutes. The instructions are very simple and easy to follow. Fabric cover fit nicely and is easily removable in case you ever need to wash it in the future. Zero noise when laying in bed, no squeaks or creaks. It's solid enough to hold my mattress + the weight of two people (280lbs) and I'm sure it could hold much more than that. It's exactly 5" in height as advertised. Overall, I am happy with it. It was simple to put together and it works great as a box spring/frame.

TLDR: Issues with this box spring (1) Was not in "4 piece structure for easy assembly" as seen in the main photo. Was in like 50 pieces. (2) Did not fit our daughter's full-size bed she got for Christmas (3) shipment delayed and had to stay home and give driver a code for it (4) Will have to take this apart, buy another one, and put the new one together (5) My daughter won't be able to use her bed another 2 days while waiting on another frame After we took the time to put this entire box spring together (it didn't come in 4 pieces like seen in the photo and another review, there were more like 50, the full size box spring didn't fit our daughter's full-size bed that she got Christmas 2024 from a major department store. I'm furious because there are so many frames that look like this one, but I chose this one because the photo literally says "4 piece structure" spelled wrong of course. Her bed is not cheap, and when trying to squeeze the box spring into the bed frame, there was at least a 1-2" left on one side where this box spring is just too wide and won't fit. We tried for about 20 minutes, turning, squeezing, staring at the frame, readjusting, tightening the screws, etc., and I have no idea why this box spring is so big. Maybe we were sent a queen size, but the box says full-size. The instructions have multiple bed sizes on it. It is SUPER disappointing since this shipment was delayed, then we had to literally stay home and give the Amazon delivery driver a code (or they wouldn't deliver this "high value item"). Never had to do that before. Now, after waiting an extra day to receive this, we still have a bed frame, mattress, and no box spring for Christmas. We're going to have to go to a local store to get a last minute bed frame so hopefully our daughter doesn't have to sleep with her sister again many more nights! The icing on the cake will be taking this stupid thing apart AND having to put another one together.
