I was really excited to see this Dyson wrap dupe. As soon as it came, I went and washed my hair to try to do a blowout. The hairdryer works great. But when I put the attachments on to do the blowout, it will not suck my hair up. I tried less hair. I tried more hair. It just would not pick the hair up. I returned it immediately. I can see why it was so cheap. It simply does not work.

Bought this to replace another dryer styler I purchased here a couple of years ago. It is still running, but none of the attachments will stay on. So I looked at what seemed like hundreds trying to see where they attach so that I would not have the same problem. There are lots of bad reviews based on just that problem. This one in fact appears will stay on better...but that's about it. There is no low airspeed setting, which is the best for styling. Hard to get your hair into the styling attachments while it is blowing at gale force. It does dry my hair quickly, also a result of the game force wind.it could really use a slow wing High heat setting to work on my coarse curly hair. I have always thought speed and heat should be two different settings. I only found one on Amazon that was reasonably priced and had that feature, it alas had the same sort of attachment my older one has. That one also does not have separate controls, but has a low speed hot setting. So if you want to dry your hair fast without trying to bend it into some shape different than it goes on it's own it may work for you. If you are curly, layered or both. I would keep looking. I will keep it because I spent several days looking for this one and have had enough.
