I would not recommend buying this deep freezer. When it arrived, I immediately noticed several scratches on the exterior, which made it look like it had been used before. On top of that, there was white paint on the power cord, which is not something you expect from a brand-new appliance. These issues make it feel like the product was either refurbished or poorly inspected before shipping. While the freezer does work, the cosmetic flaws are very disappointing, and it does not meet the standard I would expect from a new item. Overall, between the scratches, the paint on the cord, and the impression that it may have been used, I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and brand-new deep freezer.

I’m extremely happy with this 5.0 Cu.Ft chest freezer—it has plenty of space while still fitting perfectly in my apartment. I bought this as a "used" item knowing that it might have some blemishes. It was perfectly new and unused with just a small ding in it, which doesn't bother me since I didn't buy it as a decoration. I set it at it's coldest freezer setting and it was that cold in several hours - exactly as the instructions said for it's start up. Loaded already frozen items in it and so far it's running great. Compressor isn't as quiet as my other deep freeze but not bothersome.

This freezer is great so far! I have no complaints. It is compact but has a lot of space inside as well as 2 removable baskets. The temperature can be adjusted between refrigerate and freeze. Everything I have put inside is frozen solid. Bonus points because it makes almost no sound and looks great! It came packaged in a lot of protective packaging so there are no dents or scratches. It is super light and easy to move. At this point I would totally recommend!
