I'm just about to finish my 1st 2lb spool of this stuff and it's been fantastic. Welds come out clean and low spatter (notably, I also use Weld-Kleen 350 anti-spatter which also helps). I've been using Blue Demon wire for the last couple years on a Harbor Freight Titanium Easy-Flux 125 machine (which I love and recommend for amateurs like myself), but jumping to this Yes Welder wire has been a major improvement. BD is a solid product but it's now out of budget. I would usually buy 10lb spools of BD and re-spool into 2lb spools, but what started at $7/2lb a few years back, is now over $13/2lb today. My 1st order of YW wire came out to about $8/2lb for 6 rolls, I don't need to re-spool them, and the results are great. Although I've only used one roll so far, and still have 5 more on the shelf, I'm going to stock up on some more to make sure I don't run out any time soon.

Was pretty impressed with this wire. Ran it through my 10 year old cheap harbor freight welder and it laid down some decent welds. Only down fall i saw was quite a bit of splatter. But when I ran it in my newly purchased Hobart I was shocked at how good the welds turned out. Splatter was much less on the better welder and ran through the machine well. Hopefully it continues to run smooth for the rest of the rolls. I will know soon enough as I have alot of welding to do in the near future.

Not that I'm any sort of welder, but this is really solid wire for the price. I've seen $160 Lincoln wire not perform as well as this. So far have built a porch, and now will be finishing a whole shade and cage. Running through a DEKOPRO 135 amp welder; so it doesn't have to be a YesWelder specifically.

I lost about 20' of wire while loading it into my welder. It comes off the roll a little to easy and it will kink easily. Once I started using it, it is awesome! Such a smooth weld! I weld a lot making horseshoe art and I thought I was never going to be a good welder. This wire is very smooth and seldom cuts in and out. It makes a great puddle. I will not order the expensive stuff again.
