Much more affordable than the simply safes solar panels Easy to install Fully charged I plugged one in to a 100% battery and another into a 10% charged. The 10% is now at 40. I would charge them fully before plugging in. Cord is too long use a zip tie to wrap it against the mount. Don’t untangle them when you open so it stays neat ... show more

Installation isn't too hard assuming that you're mounting vertically. Horizontally though , the tightening'bolt'will hit your panel but you can keep twisting it around until you get a good fit. It comes with a plastic 'nut ' to tighten your panel onto the arm but it stripped with little effort. Luckily, I had a true metal nut that fit. Otherwise, it charges the battery. ... show more

I've never thought thought that solar panels of this size were ever useful. But so far after 2 months, It has kept the battery in my simply safe camera at a 100%. easy to install and so far so good. I can't complain.

I purchased two of these panels a month or so apart. Shortly after installing on my SimpliSafe cameras they stopped working. They are installed right next to the camera in the proper orientation, but do t charge the batteries. I contacted Amazon and the manufacturer to discuss and have replaced, but I never received them.
