Hooks are equipped with anti‑release latches. Make sure latches are fully closed before applying tension.  Can two people pull the handle together? No. Do not extend handle or apply extra force. Over‑force may break tool components. Can I use it in rainy weather? Short‑time outdoor use is allowed. Wipe it after use and lubricate gears to prevent rust.  Are small scratches on parts defects? Minor surface marks are normal for metal tools. Stop using if parts are bent or cracked, contact support.
