I bought this come along to install a zipline. While the features appeared to be just what is needed, the device's construction should be better quality. Worse, the drum for letting the cable loose jammed the first time it was used to slack a cable. Because of this failure, it takes extraordinary effort to move the lever handle to release tension. This should be a very smooth, easy operation. It seems something inside the cable drum failed, so the come along is almost worthless. Worse, the return window is too short, so now I'm stuck with a piece of junk. FYI, I bought this to take to a family cabin for our summer vacation. By the time we returned (with a come along that was intended to remain at the cabin), the return window was closed. Buyer Beware!
