Received what was stated and everything is working just fine. My only complaint is that I did not realize that there were 1.6ton to maximize the chain, at a overhead working load of 3520 pounds instead of this ones 3300 pounds. With a realistic load for pulling a vehicle out of a ditch of double the working load. Which you want double the weight of the vehicle for that. So that extra 220 pounds can make a difference on wether it can do a car or a small suv.

I use these all the time at Wheat State welding LLC. for commercial use these seem to be very heavy duty have a lot of safety features that you don't find on other chain hoists at this price point. The quality is very high and I have nothing but praise for them. Do yourself a favor and get the one with the long chain you'll never regret it. These are a heavy duty product that weigh I'm guessing close to 40 lb. For their intended purpose they are awesome in every way and beat a wire rope come along hands down for ease of use and safety. I threw all my wire rope come along from the trash once I got some of these.

I do think that the 20ft chain its worth the money. But i didnt wanted to spend another $50. Center is 12" . and the hadle 15". Its about 50lbs . so you may neeed to use both hands when in use . The chain has some small defects i dont know if this will affect the integrity of the chain in the long run. !?

Worked great. The handle being able to go 360 makes it way better than a normal cable type Come Along. Also having 20 Ft of chain makes taking up the slack in the cables easy. The only downside may be its weight, but most of that is the chain. I’m very glad I bought it.
