I have had this chair for two months now and absolutely love it. Same price as the Relaxe chair but has more features, a control screen, and is real leather. It is a quality piece of furniture and looks great! I had an opportunity to contact their support team with a couple questions and they responded quickly and very helpful. I did a lot of research and went to three different stores to try out different chairs. Very happy that I decided on this one.

This chair is by far, the best investment I could have made! It massages every inch of a person's body, leaving them feeling refreshed to say the least. It was an easy set up - no mechanical issues. The seller contacted me via email to ensure the chair was set up and operating properly and gave us contact info for future reference. I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, so she’s only used it for 2 days. So far it has met all expectations. It arrived without any defects and when I plugged it in Dec 24th it worked exactly like it should. I will update after she has used it for a month or 2 to let people know if it’s durable or not. The only con I have with this chair is, I am 6ft 295lbs and my shoulders do not fit side to side, so I can’t place my arms where they should go in the chair. Also, the message rollers that are supposed to hit the upper back and neck don’t go that high on me. They do work nicely on my wife who is around 5’5. As of today she highly recommends

This is a quality chair. All the modes are excellent. The delivery was a little shaky with my door being busted but Amazon is taking care of that. Also, when the chair came, the air massage didn't work, but a few emails with the seller got that fixed. All in all this is a good chair for the money. There are lots of massage modes and shortcut buttons. The heat is amazing. Bluetooth makes it a dream and you can wirelessly charge your phone while sitting comfortably in it.
