The packing of this chair was fantastic. It was simple to put together and I have tried about every setting and LOVE the deep tissue massage. Especially love that I was finally able to find one that fit my 6’4 hubby who uses this and hasn’t had the need for the chiropractor lately. One thing I think no one talks about and I especially love is a safety feature. My old Australian terrier is very clingy and I worried she would be beneath the foot massage part when it came down. Nope!! It stops with a warning on the screen saying pinch. That gives me such peace of mind. We absolutely love this chair and highly recommend it especially for tall folks. I researched a long time before I settled on this chair and it was the perfect choice for this family.

Overall GREAT chair! If the roller intensity is too high , you can adjust it on screen. They also offer an additional program for even lower intensity! Unfortunately, I had to return this particular model. Great customer service on there behalf because they stayed in contact with me through out the refund process. They even sent me a gift for my business! I am definitely going to purchase another model chair from them in the near future!

I had high hopes for this massage chair, but it’s been nothing but trouble. The first one arrived with a broken armrest, and the replacement had a faulty heating pad that stopped working after a week. The massage programs are repetitive and don’t provide any real relief—it feels like the same motion over and over. The noise level is also unbearable; it sounds like a washing machine on spin cycle. For the price, I expected a premium product, but this feels cheap and poorly made. Definitely not worth it.

I have been enjoying my 4D Massage Chair since the beginning of the year. The roller intensity was a bit much at first but after using it for a couple of weeks I learned that the key was to relax and let the chair do its job. The chair seems to be helping with the tingling on my left side (neuropathy) and lessens my back pain. I would definitely purchase again.

Chair features are as described. We still haven't tried all of the dozens of massage options. My wife loves the heat option. We fall asleep in the zero gravity position after the massage nearly every time. The colors are aesthetically pleasing. My brother paid nearly three times what we paid and we like our chair more than his. The digital touch screen is the best.
