I buy numerous insoles for my flat feet. This is the first time purchasing this brand. It will not be my last. Feels soft on feet. Thin enough to fit in my shoes (since some will give you too much height then you cannot wear shoes comfortably.) So far have held up.

These were super cushy and easy to trim down. However, I wanted them for the additional arch support and found that they did not have high enough support for my high arches. If you had low arches or normal arches, I think these would be great for you in terms of adding additional cushion to your step. If you're like me with high arches, these are cushy but that's about it.

I like the support and feel of these insoles. I think they are better than most. My shoe size is 10.5 and these max out at that size and they fit perfectly in the pair of shoes I am using them for and they definitely improved the comfort level of the shoes. The only drawback to them is that the underside or bubble white side has a weird chemical smell. Its an odor I have not smelled before so can't really compare it to anything and I did not notice any smell as I was wearing them but when I took them out of the packaging to put them in my shoe is when I noticed the smell. Also to note as with any insert, they do take up some room in the shoe so if you have tight shoes, no insert is going to work well in case you have never used inserts before fyi.

There are guidelines on the white side of the inserts so you can cut them to fit the sizing of your shoe which is helpful. Just be careful when trimming, better to go a little at a time than overestimate and cut off too much. I tested them out by wearing one shoe with the insert and another shoe without. You can definitely feel the difference between the two. The foam feels very soft and provides a lot of additional cushioning especially around the heels and arches. I like the quality of the material, they have some bounce back and don’t feel like they are going to sink or go flat on me anytime soon. The inserts fit snugly inside the shoes and do not slide around. I do not recommend using these if the shoes you plan to put them in are already snuggly fit because they will add some height and make them tighter. I ordered these insoles to help add cushioning to a pair of big boots I plan on wearing to an outdoor event. They have made a massive difference in reducing fatigue. Overall, I’m really happy with these and I highly recommend them.

I tried the men's version of these and they were only middle of the road on comfort and use: Ultimately not for me. I got this pair at the same time to put in my wife's shoes. Unfortunately, I couldn't get them to work for her. The heel portion is so thick that it made her shoe too small to still get her foot in properly and comfortably. The material seems like a decent quality and I am sure if they fit in with your foot, they will be at least 3 stars comfy. Overall a bit of a letdown, but it could be more because of the shoes she wear... Although I did try to put them in Adidas shoes, Dr. Martens 1490's, Bogs boots, and some fancy sneakers she has. It didn't fit right in any of those.
