I'm super happy with how easy this storage box was to assemble, and so far, it has performed very nicely. It's big enough for all four of my chair cushions, plus plenty more. We've had plenty of blowing rain and even snow and ice, and the interior stays dry. I keep wood pellets for our grill in there, and it's important that those don't get wet. I've been completely satisfied with how moisture is kept out. The hinges have a nice pull and snap to them, and the lid stays open when I need it to. The plastic structure is strong enough for two people to sit on. I'll keep my eyes open for a cushion to set on top, and make this box into more seating for our deck. I will most likely purchase another of these before the summer. I had read some reviews about the bottom piece not fitting quite right, but as long as you assemble it correctly, there's no problem. It could be easy to install the base inside out (upside down?), so just look closely before trying to snap it all together. ... show more

Decent box! Took about 20 minutes to put together. Put it up on 6 patio stones (each stone 12 inch by 12 inch) Leveled out the ground & laid the stones. It's somewhat flimsy, but for the money it's ok. Got rained on fairly hard & stayed dry on the inside. Over all I would recommend this product for light use. ... show more

Overall, for the price point, it works well. Easy to install, decent price, and pneumatic lid for easy open and close. Not the sturdiest, but good enough for storing your season al items. TIP: In the reviews here, there are some complaining that the bottom plate doesn't snap on. And I noticed in their pictures, that the bottom plates were on the wrong side. The correct way is: The smooth side towards the inside the storage, and the lettered side "D" towards the outside. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. ... show more

Just put it together today. Easy to Assemble 1 tool needed Phillips head screw driver took about 20 minutes. Build quality is Fine for what I'm using it for. You could stack about 3/4 of a cord of Split firewood in it & it would hold it with no problem. But I plan to anchor it to my front porch railing for package delivery since Amazon will no longer deliver to the back deck. Hoping to stop porch pirates or at least slow them down. The panels lettering is hard to see. They are in the center of the piece. 1st lay the back flat ribs up The sides ribs in will line up flush with outside edges of the back push straight down ( CLICK ) Hinges is kinda a pain because the lid has to be open to snap them in. A hard hit & there in. The bottom The wood grain go inside. See pics. The bottom tabs will click when locked in there should be about a 1/8th inch gap to the tab then locked in see pics. ... show more

The storage box was easy to assemble, but I don’t know how long it will last. The panels are very thin and flimsy. I am expecting it to break very easily in a storm. I bought a similar storage box at Lowes… different brand… and the store bought one is so much sturdier and solid. Do yourself a favor, go get a store bought brand, you will be much happier. ... show more

To be fair, it's the one of if not the most cheap deck storage on this website. With that said, if you are looking for anything more than just a very cheap and storage that will hold very lite objects that do not push weight against the sides at all then maybe this is for you. ISSUES: 1. It's flimsy and has trouble even staying together. 2. It's too small for a set of chair cushions. 3. I think for the price this is not good value. It feels like a 40 dollar product.
