2nd UPDATE- the replacement battery charger they so quickly sent me worked for 4 recharges and after less than 2 months it blinks a red error light without even connecting it to the battery. Tech support responded initially asking for BMS parameter screenshots, which I shared, as well as voltage input and output meter readings, however Tech support has now slowed in their response, will update as I learn more. UPDATE 5/19/26- At the nearly 16-month point I had a failure of the battery charger. I kind of assumed it would not be warranted but on a whim I emailed [email protected] 10pm on a Sunday night and had an email reply within 30 minutes that they would be sending me a FedEx tracking number the next day for a new replacement charger. How about that for service! It took about 7 days to get to PA from California, is a different brand of charger but I'll take it! Plugged it right up and was in business, impressive warranty support, thanks! I don't know if I'm going to install this charger on board the golf cart since I kind of think the rough riding of the cart may have provoked the charger failure, even though it's all solid state electronics bedded in some rubberized epoxy type material. Aside from that, the 48v LiFePo battery has been working great in every way! A real bargain - the old lead acid batteries need to all be done with! Orig review: Installed this 48 volt battery in my E-Z-GO golf cart and so far I couldn't be happier. I got rid of the old lead acid boat anchors and after some minor modifications to make for a secure tray to hold the new battery, the installation was pretty straightforward. I removed the old charging receptacle and installed a 115 volt plug so now my charger is permanently installed next to the new battery in the cart and now I can charge from any extension cord via the new 115v plug port I installed where the old receptacle was. I did have to sort out basically an interlock from the old charging cable receptacle which I discovered needed 48 volts on a control wire which I suspect was an interlock to prevent the cart from operating whenever the previous charging cable was plugged in. Also, I think it's cool being able to connect to the battery but I did not install the remote battery monitor display since the same info is available from the app and my charge indicator next to cart key. If I have any issues or early failures I will update my review here. If this battery lasts more than a few years, it will be proven that I made the right decision as opposed to spending 2-3x on better known brands. 2/3/25- added photos: Built a little wood tray to mount the new charger that came with the battery and secured the battery. With the on board charger now, I can plug into 115 volts anywhere, that adapter plug with weather cap. So for the most part it was a straightforward change out for me, esp after I got comfortable reading the other reviews. I transferred wire for wire from the main hot and the main negative, from the string of my six old batteries, directly to the new battery pos & neg, minus three wires that came from the original charging receptacle. Cart definitely pulls stronger in every way, very pleased!

Installed with little difficulty in a 2010 club car. Had to remove one thin baffle in center of battery tub to allow battery to ride on the passanger side of club car. I did.not install a 12 volt converter but ran wire for future installation. The battery charger went in easy and once figuring the shunt install all worked fine. Make sure you realize the Battery Shunt is in the ground side and the only battery plus to it was a very thin red wire going to a connector hole in the center part of the Shunt.

Battery switchover from lead acid batteries was a bit of a chore, but got it done with help from a friend who previously did his. Battery works awesome. Charges quickly and maintains a charge when unplugged for a few days or more. The cart has been gifted with added speed. Love it!!

I converted an old Cub Cadet electric zero turn from 4 heavy AGM batteries. This package is what I needed at less than half the cost of replacing the old batteries. More power less cost and weight. Win-win.

Charger died after two charges. Battery is great but do not let go below 40% as it dies and needs recharge. I use it on a golf cart and get about 4 weeks from a charge, battery is much lighter than 6 lead acid batteries.

I thought i ordered the plug and play but got the monitor that won't work for me. Battery and Bluetooth working as stated (so far) but not bring able to use the plug and play monitor was (is) a big let down. The fuse and wires is Not user-friendly and needs additional parts to get it to work and Not a clean install. I would return if it was easy. 7-9-26 Bluetooth has not working for weeks so Not Able to monitor when away, Company has NOT return my text on a Fix. I'm using as a backup battery and so far NOT working well with system. 7-17-2026 followup Ogrphy has now gone above and beyond. I appreciate your dedication to resolving the issue. Thank you for the time to run tests and answer questions. Your thoroughness is commendable. It's reassuring to know that you are committed to finding a solution. Your efforts are greatly valued.

Insanity right? I bought a 48v battery in May of 2025. Installation was easy enough. I loved the added power I got... for a little while. First things first, they do respond to email for customer support, but that's it. They refuse to speak to you to work out any issues. I've had the same issue since May of 25, almost Christmas now. My battery runs great until it hits 60% on the enclosed monitor. Then the battery just runs itself down to 0% within a day without using it! Within 20-30 minutes of its being used. So, essentially I only get any 40% usage of this battery. But there's more! After telling me to discharge and charge the battery over and over in numerous email echabges, same result. When I finally said I'm done doing the same thing over and over again for the same result, they sent me a new charger, saying the original wasn't putting out enough power to fully charge the battery. So, I changed chargers, same result. Same email response...discharge and charge. Finally they exchanged my battery. Guess what? Same result. Their 1st answer? Bad charger and that I didn't set the parameters correctly. Nope, parameters are set correctly. They said it's not fully charged, charge it again. I did, 3-4 times. The monitor will show 100% as long as the charger is plugged in. As soon it's unplugged...drops to 90%... every single time. If this company would simply speak with customers, they would alleviate months of frustration and headache. I'm almost 8 months in with this and worse off than if I'd just kept my regular acid battery setup. If anyone has a great recommendation, I'm all ears, because I'm done with this one! I live in a golf cart community, and not having confidence in how much juice is in the battery, almost makes driving my cart senseless. My advice, if you didn't get it during the 87 previous paragraphs, avoid this battery!
