I got it today6/25, I was really excited. But when I set it up, the part where you put ice in, the rim part keeps popping off everytime I pull the ice pusher out ( not sure if that’s what’s it called). I have not tried it with ice but well see, so far disappointed. And part off the Handel broke off while setting up . 😒 not sure if it’s even going to work.

Well-made Snowcone machine!! Our church used for a festival in our city ~ went over great and gets the job done!! Over 1,000 snowcones made at that festival and the machine handled it with no problems what so ever!!

the machine works great! it overheated twice and i had to kept putting a cold towel on top of the motor. that worked, i need a bigger machine
