I got it today6/25, I was really excited. But when I set it up, the part where you put ice in, the rim part keeps popping off everytime I pull the ice pusher out ( not sure if that’s what’s it called). I have not tried it with ice but well see, so far disappointed. And part off the Handel broke off while setting up . 😒 not sure if it’s even going to work.

I am caring for a friend that I s bed bound..he doesn't want to I eat.but wants ice type things. Sno Cones mainly. This shaver is amazing. It shaves Ice perfectly for snow type consistency for his sno cones.. It shaves it fast and is relatively quiet ..it comes with a water drain to clear any melted ice left in the cabinet.

Machine is good but you have to use ice that is easily crushed the machine sticks easy. The lever has to be pressed down a certain way or the machine will not crush the ice its stops and YES I adjusted the handle many times to try and fix the issue but to no availe. The machine lights up and is eye catch inc in the evening
