I wish I could put 0 star.. This product stop working after my return window. Installed in February 2023 worked fine for the minute tested… didn’t use fully until December 2023 and it don’t work. Kept cutting off. I waste my money. Hard to tell when you live in a state with weird weather.

We were decorating the house and built a wall to contain this fireplace and the day we put it in it’s broken. It’s just an expensive fire show, it doesn’t make any heat. Part of the LED light strip is burnt out too. Now the returning window is closed and it’s hard to dig it out of the wall too. Don’t waste your money ... show more
