The label recommends dry cleaning, but you can machine wash and iron. It is very hard to iron the wrinkles out after washing. I set the iron the polyester setting but it didn't get the wrinkles out so I set it to linen and after repeated passes the wrinkles finally started coming out. The blend of fabric reads, 80% cotton and 20% polyester. It seems like the other way around to me. The cotton part must be the string at the neck opening. This runs a bit small in size. I'm 5'7", 165 lbs. 44" chest, athletic build and I generally wear a large. This was a bit tight with no stretch. I should have heeded the advice of others and ordered a size up. I bought it for a Gypsy costume and I would have sent it back for a larger size but there was no time so I made do with it.

People say order bigger. I did and it was way too big. Iโm 6โ, 180 (kinda slim). I returned the XL and got an L. Fits much better. To be honest, itโs a little more feminine than the picture looks, but it works for my Yacht Rock look in my band.

Simple advice: the dude in the picture is probably 5โ10โ tall, .04% body fat and heโs probably wearing the 5XL. Now for the backstory: bought this cause I loved the print and style, but figured for the price, Iโd be safe and get the largest size they have. I normally wear a 3xl tall, and since this doesnโt come in a tall, I figured with a 5xl Iโd be swimming in it, after a wash should probably fit perfectly. THIS IS A EUROPEAN CUT SHIRT, and a small European at that. I could barely get this over my chest and it barely came all the way down my tummy. Granted, Iโm a bit chubby, but again I really figured the extra room would be for height alone especially after a shrink in the wash. If you want a visual, I am the exact size and shape of most NFL lineman. 6โ5โ and 320lbs. Muscle covered with a little chub lol. Now, they suggest โif you want a loose fit you should select one size upโ. Which is laughable, since I went two sizes up and this thing was fitting like a compression shirt. It was so laughable in fact I had to look for the tag to make sure they actually sent a 5xl because I would swear it was a 2xl. Needless to say though, it was indeed a 5xl so got my return going. Disappointed and no great lose, but def want to warn anyone over 6โ OR you arenโt a jacked fitness coach, probably should just forget this.

I guess if you want to pretend to be a serf in medieval england or a pirate, this is a good thing to buy. The drawstring thing is the set piece accessory that... tightens the v-neck by making it look dumb in the process. lol. i think i got a large and it feels like im wearing a dress almost. it has one of those weird feelings of a dress-shirt that doesn't really feel comfortable in a casual context. i think the drawstrings being a different color than the shirt itself is distracting and annoys me.
