This fire pit really adds to our outdoor space. I didn't know that I would love it as much as I do. I live in the southern part of the country so sitting outside in the summertime is impossible. This fire pit will extend the spring and fall seasons with a little added ambiance. My husband had it assembled in about 30-40 minutes. He is very mechanical but it did not seem very complicated. We did not have any missing parts. The powder coated finish should add to the rust resistance and added longevity of this item. The tile inserts and the glass rocks make this thing look really upscale. We had priced fire pits locally and one equivalent to this was more than double the price and out of the price range that I was willing to pay. This is an excellent value for the price and really takes our patio to whole other level. Buy it, you won't be diappointed.

Works great! Simple setup and sleek design on this model. I’d go through with a wrench and tighten some of the gas fittings inside of it before use. After assembling it, it smelled like it was leaking gas inside of it and even after turning the flame dial off I’d still smell and hear gas flowing. But I did find one loose fitting on the unit. I’d also recommend getting a weather cover for it.

Good for the money and looks great. It wasn’t hard to put together. I would agree with other reviews stating the sides are not very strong so you have to move it carefully. It did not light at first then noticed what another reviewer stated that the tubing from the fire ring wasn’t attached to the gas knob. A quick fix. The tiles fit like they should. After using it the first time we agreed with another reviewer and bought a wind guard. The 15” mentioned fits INSIDE the tiled area. I think the next size up would be better so that it sits on top of the tile( like pictured in the wind guard ad) All in all we are happy with this purchase

Product was damaged when arrived.. the lid has a huge crease with small hole. I tried contacting them with no response! After I assembled the legs and side walls the unit looked nice. I added my propane tank and couldn’t get it to light. I could hear the propane coming out and igniter sparking but no flame. After trying to get it lit for over 30 minutes I gave up. The next day I tried again… I noticed the feeder tube that suppose to go into the part that feeds the propane to the ring was not in the whole, (attached pic of how it supposed to be)so propane was just freely going into the air, major problem! After I got feeder tube into whole it lit right away!!! So now I have a nice looking firepit with a lid that doesn’t look good! I actually tried to return it but it said the seller would contact me within 48hrs, that was a week ago.

We picked up a pair of these for a wedding anniversary party we hosted for our daughter and son-in-law. It took a reasonable 3 hours to assemble the pair (2 hours for the first, 1 hour for the second, as expected). Although these are well-engineered (well thought out for easy assembly) with an excellent level of detail in the protective packaging, the first unit still had a minor dent/bend in one of the panel rails. To remedy this, I simply hit it a few times with a soft mallet and oriented the panel with this rail towards the top, under the tabletop, so any perceived imperfection was not visible. My greatest concern, though, came with the tiles. The tabletop has welded inserts to fit the four tiles included. However, one of the inserts was too narrow to fit any of the four tiles that shipped with the unit. Pressed for time, I panicked, searching for reliable ways I could cut the tile to fit. After researching the most affordable, reliable, and accessible tile cutting options, I set this problem aside and moved ahead to unpack and assemble the 2nd unit. Thankfully, one of the tiles in the 2nd unit fit the undersized insert of the 1st unit, and all remaining tiles fit in the inserts of the 2nd unit. Phew! Once assembled and powered, these units definitely put out the heat, keeping all warm in closely surrounding seats on a 53-degree evening. But if we had only purchased one unit instead of two, we would have been scrambling to overcome the fit problem of the tiles in the welded inserts. I would have expected quality control to catch this problem, and to have provided tiles that fit in the welded inserts of the tabletop they were shipped with. If the manufacturer can correct this quality control problem, I would give these units five stars.
