The media could not be loaded. I really love my fireplace. It came in one box of 80lbs. I laid out all the pieces and followed the instructions. It took me little over 2 hrs to assemble. You need a small electric screwdriver. I am a handy 70 yr old women and I was able to assemble it alone. My living room is 23by13 and it heats the room nicely. I was surprised how heavy the mantle and base are so it’s very sturdy. My TV is 42’ and it fits nicely on top and it is a good height. I love this fireplace. First I love the look of it for a faux brick its so charming and cute. 2nd the heat is outstanding it heats my bedroom up so well with door closed I end up turning it off in middle of the night. Great value. Highly recommend.

This fireplace came in one huge box and I needed my brother and a dolly to even get it in the house! It took about 2 1/2 hours to put together but seems to be working great. On the plus side is that it is very sturdy and looks very nice even when not running. It’s relatively quiet when running. This fireplace tv mantel is so pretty! The wood is real and although the brick is not it looks great! So happy with this purchase....looks great at our cabin in a bedroom. Great heat also with a thermostat!!! My husband said it was very ez to put together.

This is the perfect fireplace! My son-in-law had this together in about an hour. Easy to follow instructions. The packaging was quality and securely wrapped. It's made of hardwood, no laminate, giving it that rustic vibe. I have had this for 5 weeks. It started rattling. I tightened all the screws holding the “fire” in place. It did not help. The heating element works good but the rattle is very loud. The seller will not stand behind it. Says the return window is over. EDIT - I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They suggested a few trouble shooting actions and when that didn’t work they did ship me a new heater insert for the fireplace. ... show more
