I would definitely purchase from Jacob's Toyland again. The thumb drive i got was damage in the shipping to me and when I put in my computer nothing came up. I return and they contacted me right away and apologize for something out of their control. Then sent me out a new one right away, that I received today, and it work perfectly. It is a great product however it would be better if a booklet was available (in a file or (((section)) printable if desired) that would show each of the images ,which would also be cauterized by size and type.. example like a folder listing of all animals say that are 2"x2" and another folder with animals listing of animals that are 3"x4" etc..or another example is if it was cartoon characters' like bugs bunny listing of folders where images of bugs bunny would be found. As it is difficult to know where to find the image you really want to use on a project unless you have used it before or spend hours looking for the file you want to use.. however it is great to have a lot of images available for any project ... show more

All I received is an expensive thumb drive with no files on it. When I tried to return it I found out you can not return it. I would have given this a negative stars if I could. I have reached out to the seller and if I can get this resolved with either the files or my money back I will then upgrade this review. Very angry. I needed this to make Christmas presents now I am not sure what I am going to do. Update I contacted the seller and he sent another thumb drive. This one is full of designs mostly fonts and cartoonish designs. But worth the price compared to what you have to pay to download off the internet. ... show more

Not had the chance but excited to have it. A lot more cost effective than the old embroidery cards that you would have to buy for $75-$140 and and then get 30 or 40 motifs.
