It worked great one time out of the box and progressively got worse with each subsequent use. I used it 4 times in light, powdery snow 2" or less deep. When it worked, it threw the snow far and effortlessly. By the 4th use, it quit working after a few minutes even though the battery was fully charged. It's a shame, because when it worked, it worked great. But for what I paid, no way I was going to keep it. Good thing I realized it had issues while I was still in the return window.

As a Minnesotan, we gets lots of snow. As a retired EMT, my back is WRECKED. This handy-dandy electric snow shovel makes it so I can get my sidewalk and deck cleared pretty quick and painlessly- literally. Although, it was nicer when I could just make my husband be the one out in the cold instead of me, so maybe I should only give this 4 stars? Nah, not a product issue LOL. The only bummer is that it only comes with one battery, and if the snow is heavier or you have a larger area to do, you will need to charge it before finishing up (more so if it's heavy snow). But it does work great! And it's easy to use. So glad these things were invented. They really do save a strain on your back and cardiovascular system. Just do yourself a favor and get one or get one for the older person in your life that DEFINITELY SHOULDN'T BE SHOVELING anymore. You might just save their life by doing so.

I was ready to write a raving review about this product, however, on the third time using it, it quit working. This product performed exactly the way it was supposed to according to the description. I was thrilled with how easy it was to use and that I could direct the snow discharge wherever I wanted it to go. I have a sneaking suspicion it was the battery which was fully charged but somehow wasn't generating power to motor. I tried to order just a battery but I couldn't find one on Amazon. The shovel is in the process of being returned to Amazon now.

This has been great. Saves my back a ton! Only reason it didn’t get five stars is because it didn’t come with two batteries and I can’t find a way to buy a second battery. I live in WNY snow country, it holds up!

This cordless snow shovel comes in a well package box and it took me just one min to finish up assembling it! It has lightweight design so it's super easy to carry around! It's powerful for the size and weight and it handle snow pretty well! The brushless motor is quick and strong! It's super efficient for handling the snow. I also love the 30 degree rotating angle design to make it easier depending where I want to throw the snow. The battery is 4.0Ah which means it will last a long time and charging is quick as well. Overall, I think this is a great replacement for my old gas powered snow shovel and I recommend it!

I was was pleasantly surprised after I read some iffy reviews about this product. We just got hit was about 6-8” of snow and this little sucker is tough. It was good enough to clear a spot for my dogs, my walkway and around my car, before and after I cleaned it off. It took me about an hour and I still had battery life. The only annoying thing is the “safety “ switch that you have to constantly click before you start. Every time you stop, you have to click it back on to start it. It’s hard to describe. It’s not a deal breaker, I think something I’ll just have to get used to. But this really throws the snow too. It’s just pretty powerful for the size. I definitely think it’s worth it for smaller areas and walkways. Very easy to Assemble also. Sorry no video. I’ll try to post at another time but here’s a couple pics

What a mistake. Used for 5 minutes. Stopped working. No reason. All parts fine. Battery fine. So disappointed at this. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
