At first I was over joyed! I waited 2 weeks for this I ordered it right after we had blizzard in Massachusetts. Well I was excited because I got it yesterday and today we got a few inches of snow, I can't shovel to much anymore due to back issues so the timing was perfect... I charged it yesterday and went out using it today and at first it was the best thing since sliced bread but after about 15 minutes it just stopped working? Battery still charged very light snow not sure what it is but it's going back. I did all the troubleshooting they give you. Something brand new should not need troubleshooting first of all secondly their troubleshooting solutions are common sense things a person I would hope would do when something abruptly stops worrying fresh out of the original packaging. Wtf is my main comment. Waited 2 weeks and now will need to wait for refunds to purchaser a better brands product! I get it $220 isn't much but it more then this is worth hands down!!! Do NOT buy

The 40V cordless snow shovel has been a great help during winter storms. It has plenty of power for its size and clears snow quickly from my driveway, patio, deck and walkways. The 13inch clearing width is perfect for tight spaces where a full size snow blower would be too large. The brushless motor runs smoothly and feels efficient and the battery provides solid runtime for light to moderate snow. I really like the directional plate, it lets me control where the snow is thrown, which keeps cleared areas from getting covered again. The cordless design is also a huge plus, since there are no cords to deal with in cold conditions. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes it much easier on my back compared to shoveling by hand. Storage is simple and it doesn't take up much space in the garage. It worked great one time out of the box and progressively got worse with each subsequent use. I used it 4 times in light, powdery snow 2" or less deep. When it worked, it threw the snow far and effortlessly. By the 4th use, it quit working after a few minutes even though the battery was fully charged. It's a shame, because when it worked, it worked great. But for what I paid, no way I was going to keep it. Good thing I realized it had issues while I was still in the return window.

I was was pleasantly surprised after I read some iffy reviews about this product. We just got hit was about 6-8” of snow and this little sucker is tough. It was good enough to clear a spot for my dogs, my walkway and around my car, before and after I cleaned it off. It took me about an hour and I still had battery life. The only annoying thing is the “safety “ switch that you have to constantly click before you start. Every time you stop, you have to click it back on to start it. It’s hard to describe. It’s not a deal breaker, I think something I’ll just have to get used to. But this really throws the snow too. It’s just pretty powerful for the size. I definitely think it’s worth it for smaller areas and walkways. Very easy to Assemble also. Sorry no video. I’ll try to post at another time but here’s a couple pics

The product is functional for light snow - otherwise it takes the same effort for heavier snow. The battery life is average, but the show stopper is trying to find a second battery. I have not been able to locate a second battery. Keep this in mind - you don't want to wait hours before you can clear the snow because of battery issues.
