I love having this machine. It seems to be engineered thoughtfully. I selected it first because it does not have a squeeze trigger. Those can cause hand cramping and fatigue during sustained use. The chute rotates easily to either side or straight ahead. It's cordless, and the power at 40v and the clearing range of 20" are good. It's comparatively quiet. These are all good features and I am happy to have found all of them in one small machine. I am an elderly woman and a few minutes ago took my thrower on its first run. It was challenging snow conditions because the snow had been wet and heavy when it came down several days ago, and since then the days have been freeze-thaw, compacting the snow further. I ran the machine over uneven ground where the snow had been churned up by foot traffic and was very crunchy. The machine did as well as I hoped and better than I expected in these conditions, and removing fresh snow over pavement will be a piece of cake. Putting it together took me a while but someone experienced in such things could do it quickly. None of it was hard. The instruction booklet was useless and only added confusion. The most help was the video on amazon's sales page, plus what made sense. I was not able to find a youtube online showing this brand. All in all this is a fantastic machine for my use and my limited physical abilities.

It's easy to open and assemble two batteries enough for me to shovel both sides of the snow. It's easy to use. The horsepower is fine. It can be adjusted to the direction of the shovel snow out for easy control

I live in Denver and desperately needed a snow blower upgrade. I was skeptical to get a batter operated one but decided to try it out because my corded one drives me crazy. This one cranks. It is shockingly powerful and does great with wet heavy snow. Pushes easily. Very pleased with the 3 times I've used it.

For the cost, this was excellent. A little difficult on packed snow if it begins to melt but not impossible to move. Very lightweight and compact so it doesn’t take up too much space in an already tight garage. The chute is difficult to spin while operating.
