Works well if snow is not too deep . Easy to operate and Really blows the snow far. Does not work well on grassy areas. Don’t use if there is any wind or you get covered with snow!

Was working very nicely clearing about 2-3 inches of snow. I got about 40 square feet done and then it just stopped. Both batteries showing 2/3 of charge, so that's not the problem. Separated and re-attached the 3 segments (2 attachments on handle) .. nothing It just stopped working, however... Customer support was stellar on this. Used once to clear 3" of fairly wet snow. Pleasantly surprised with the power and battery life. I live in a corner and one charge was enough to clean three sides of sidewalk around my house with plenty of charge still left.
