First and foremost, all the parts were there and yes, it does function. However, I’ve owned several cranes in a lifetime of being a mechanic and the overall fitment and design of this one is poor. This is designed too short and too low for most trucks and SUVs. The boom extension length is unacceptable for anything other than front wheel drive cars. UPDATE; Ram quit working on 3rd use. Just bypasses and won’t even lift arm. Complete garbage. Should be sued out of business for putting out a lifting device that WILL harm or kill someone.

The wheels on the front legs are in a fixed position, aimed in different directions. One wheel skids sideways instead of rolling when moving unit. Not an issue when unloaded but when loaded the weight on the wheels trying to go in opposing directions makes movement very difficult. Wheels need to be realigned to point in same direction or be mounted on swivels like rest of wheels to make movement easier.

While the quality and strength of the cherry picker is good, intrinsic to it is, it is very heavy. The box it was shipped in was badly broken open and parts missing. Looked to me it had been returned at some point and not inspected before resale and shipping.
