I love this display cabinet with glass doors. I ordered the white one. It is metal and it looks sturdy and strong. My husband touched it and was surprised that it was metal, not wood. The paint is smooth. I plan to store my books in it so they won't get dusty over time. There is a video showing how to assemble this cabinet and it is an accurate video. I love that they give a few extra parts in case you lose one. They even provide a screwdriver for assembly, although you need a different flathead screwdriver to adjust the height of the legs. Upon arrival, nothing was scratched or damaged. About 5-6 of the plastic things that hold in the glass panel fell out but they were easy enough to put back in (they snap in and remain in place). In the age of sauder furniture costing an arm and a leg and somehow expected to hold heavy objects like books, a metal alternative seems like the solution. Things just aren't made like they used to and trying to get actual solid wood would cost a premium not everyone can afford. These metal cabinets are more sturdy than a sauder bookshelf. Most of the weight comes from the glass doors. Without the doors on, they're pretty easy to move where you want them and then put the doors on. That being said, I'm glad these have adjustable feet, but it's unfortunate that things today are marketed to need attachment to the wall to keep them from falling over. We had to raise the feet in front which makes the bookshelf look like it's leaning back some since we don't want to have it attached to the wall. My husband complained as we were putting it together that it is very thin sheet metal. the bottom and the shelves have reinforcement bars build into them, but the sides are very thin. You can put this together with one person. We actually found it more difficult trying to do it with two. But both of us are pretty well versed in box assembly furniture. All in all, I think this is going to serve us much better than what we had before. We are still in the process of moving, so haven't finished organizing the shelves yet, but put up a picture of them put together. I put tap lights inside. ... show more

This curio is absolutely amazing! Super easy to put together and holds all my crystals for display! And an extra plus! IT LOCKS! So my kids can’t get in it. We did have to mount it to the wall so it doesn’t fall over but it comes with the screws and anchors for that too! And an extra plus (more me) it’s metal so my pups can’t chew the corners! Very happy with this glass cabinet. It was easy to assemble via their instructions and the finish is very sturdy and nice. Even with the shipping costs, the price is very reasonable considering the durability and clean look of the cabinet. Moreover, I had a fantastic experience with this seller's customer service team. Pros: super easy to put together (even with little assistants), it only took me about 2hrs total (probably wouldve been sooner but I was paying too much attention to my true crime show), fast shipping and nothing was broken Cons: the back pieces look like they came from a hail sale. There was a piece on the top that was broken but did not affect how it works. I wish the glass panels in the doors were a little more secure. It says two people need to assemble but I did it by myself with ease. The cabinet is well packed and protected for shipping. Everything was flawless and looks really nice once assembled. Instructions are very easy to follow and then screws and such are in their own little baggies with separate labels. This thing is idiot proof lol I love that they went to such care with the labeling of everything. There really isn’t any guesswork. I do wish the magnets that hold the doors were stronger as they halfway work. (That’s my only complaint) I’m keeping it locked so, it’s really not an issue anyways. Plenty of options for shelf height, adjustable feet to steady the cabinet and looks really nice. This is a well made product in my opinion. Would I buy it again? Without hesitation!
