This is a long review, so I'll summarize quickly: The table is of good quality for the price. The customer service I received from the seller when I was missing a piece was excellent. The only reason for 4-stars is because I did have an issue, but it was fully resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Full review: We were in search of a fire table, but we didn't want to spend a ton of money. We wanted one that was tall and rectangular, and that came with a wind shield. It is always windy in our yard, which prevents us from using our actual fire pit. Because of the wind, it was very important to find a fire table that came with the wind shield (although you can purchase them separately). The price we paid was very reasonable for this table. It took about a week for it to be delivered. The table comes in two separate boxes. One large box contains the table top and side pieces and the glass. The second smaller box contains the accessories and miscellaneous parts, including the hardware, gas insert, and wind shield. When the two boxes were delivered, it was evident that the large box containing the table had been opened. When I opened the box to make sure all of the pieces were there, I noticed that a packaging strap had been cut. The box was missing one of the long side pieces of the table. I immediately called Amazon, who sent an e-mail to the seller on my behalf requesting that the missing piece be sent to me because I was not going to be able to repackage it to send it back. This was on a Friday. The seller responded back to me on Sunday and asked me to verify which part was missing. The person that reached out to me was Khloee. I informed her of the part number of the piece that was missing, and I asked that the part be sent with expedited shipping. I also asked if she would be able to refund $50 because the price of the table had decreased since the time that I had purchased it. Khloee agreed to expedite the shipping, and also to refund me $50. I was extremely pleased with her customer service and willingness to make everything right. The missing piece arrived two days later, and I was able to fully assemble the table. Assembly for the most part was simple. However, when it came to the step to install the gas insert, I had to go back and remove a piece that I had already installed in order to be able to install the gas insert. Wasn't a big deal though. Overall, for the price, the table is of good quality. I wish it would have come with a bit more stones though to cover the gas flame tube a little more. About a week later, Khloee sent me a follow up message to ask if everything arrived and to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. I told her that I had assembled the table and that we had already used it, and that we were very happy with it. It definitely throws a lot of heat!! The wind shield helps to block some of it though so you can sit close to it comfortably. As I had mentioned previously, I wish it would have come with more stones. So I figured that since I was receiving such great customer service from Khloee, I would ask if she could send me some more stones. I ended up buying some before she responded, because I didn't want to push my luck. But when she responded, she said she would ask the warehouse if they had any extra, which makes me think that she would have sent me some. To finish this long review, I would say that the table is definitely worth the price, and it is of good quality. The customer service I received was second to none. I am very happy with both the product and the seller's customer service and their desire to make sure I was happy. I'll definitely purchase from them again if I have the opportunity. I don’t always take the time to write a review, but especially wanted to with this purchase. First, this fire pit is a beautiful color And quality. I will say that when this came it was missing the panel that the controls install on, but had two door panels. I contacted customer service and dealt with a representative Jenna who was fantastic to work with. She immediately sent the request for another panel to be sent. It came very quickly but unfortunately another Wrong panel came and I contacted Jenna again. She felt terrible that The company sent the wrong panel. She immediately sent out another replacement and we received a few days later. It was the correct panel. Even though there was a couple mix ups with the panels, I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the purchase of this fire pit. Great company and the fire pit looks beautiful, puts out a beautiful flame and heat, with great accessories. Definitely a 5 star for this company, fire pit and the representative Jenna!

This is an early Christmas gift for my husband, we have family coming, and I couldn’t wait to give it to him! Assembly was easy, and using the video for a guide made the whole process relatively quick (about 45 mins). We love the look of the table, and a genuinely pleased with the quality of the components. The propane tank easily stores inside the table, and has room to spare for the cover and extra fire glass. Speaking of, we did buy another 10lbs of glass so we could fill the burner area more to disperse the flames more for a nicer look. We used only about half of the 10lbs. The glass top is fantastic to cover the burner area while not using the fire feature, and just using the table as a regular table. Overall, I’m so very happy I chose this table for my hubby’s Christmas gift because he LOVES it!

This fire table was very easy to assemble, although the instructions included with the table are fairly vague. I assembled the table using the online video provided on the amazon website, and even then some of the assembly instructions were not correct. Specifically, the heat shield under the burner requires 8 screws not just 4 as shown in the video. You will figure that out when you have the 4 screws left over and the heat shield isn't secure. Additionally, the video incorrectly displays the gas valve connections, If you pay attention to the flow arrows on the gas valve you will figure out where the lines go. Neither of these issues caused much problem. We added this fire table to grey wicker outdoor furniture we recently bought and although not an exact pattern match, It looks great. The burner lights very easily using the installed igniter, and the cover which fits very well is an added bonus. The table top is a very nice, sturdy smoked glass top with a matching insert over the burner assembly that complements the look when the fire table isn't being used. And you need the wind guard. Many tables we looked at didn't come with a wind guard and after using the appliance for a few nights it is essential to safely use the fire table. I would buy this fire table again!

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful table for the price. We added more blue fire glass. If you cover the long gas pipe with fire glass the flames are much better than if you leave the gas pipe uncovered. Make sure you take out all the screws and line them up when assembling. There’s a small, medium and large size but the medium and large look similar and they put them all in one bag not sorted out so if you’re not paying attention you’ll mix up the medium and large screws and then at the end have to go back and undo them to exchange. Also the manual included is completely wrong and useless. Only watch the video on the Amazon listing for assembly. No idea what they are thinking with the included manual. Only the video is helpful for assembling. The wind guard and cover plus fire glass all included make this one heck of good deal. Thanks people
