They are made of a thick 1/4” thick steel and have beefy black handles. The length on these fire pit tools keeps you a safe distance from the campfire, while giving you a confident grip to add logs and keep it burning strong. The fire poker and tongs both work great. Perfect for wood stoves, campfires, bonfires and even lifting hazardous items. I was surprised at the teeth on this tool, as they are commonly dull but these have strong edges which make gripping items very easy whether it be soft or hard. I can see these getting used for a long time. Feels tough and sturdy so far.
