I love my computer! Was easy to set up, screen is very sharp and clear. Speed is great. The sound is super loud, like LOUD!! It’s good for work/ study. Not using it for gaming so I can’t say much about that. The only issue I have is the Face ID sign in option takes a while to recognize your face before unlocking the computer. Because I set it up with my glasses on, I must have it on at all times to unlock it which doesn’t make any sense. Otherwise, everything is great! I recommend buying it 👌🏽 ... show more

I'm very happy with this Dell 27 All-in-One desktop. It offers excellent performance for daily tasks, multitasking, and even some light gaming thanks to the powerful Intel Core i7 150U processor and the NVIDIA GeForce MX570A discrete graphics. The 27-inch Full HD non-touch display provides bright, sharp visuals with good color and viewing angles, making it great for work and media consumption. The design is sleek and modern, and the all-in-one form factor saves a lot of desk space by integrating all components behind the monitor. Setup was straightforward, and all the included accessories like the keyboard and mouse work well. The only minor hurdle I encountered, which relates to Microsoft rather than Dell, was clearing out OneDrive software to enable backup to my NAS, but once configured, the system runs smoothly. Overall, this machine balances power, style, and convenience for home and office use perfectly. Wow! So far so good. Delivered last night and just set it up today after acclimating from cold to warm. Easiest thing I’ve ever hooked up-basically plug n play. I have to get better acquainted with windows 11 because presently I’m feeling a bit lost. It’s like stumbling around in the dark! Well, actually it’s brighter and crisper than my old hp-both the desktop and laptop. Anyway, it’s a classy, beautiful set up and quite the change from the previous desktop menagerie. I’m not a gamer and just a retired person with less computer needs these days…so far. I didn’t think I’d like the keyboard and mouse but I actually do now that I’ve used them for awhile. The sound quality is good with dialogue and not good with anything but soft, mellow music perhaps. Anyway, let’s hope this lasts as long and as well as my oldies but goodies-that still work, they’re just not as fast or sprite as they once were…like me, I suppose. After using, I’ll add one caveat-I hate Windows 11! . What I’ve learned about this OS after purchasing this classy desktop has really upset me. I’m done with windows. We’re roped in because we’re used to their os and it was easy for them to implement all this garbage that most of us don’t understand and without extensive research will likely never know or understand. I'm use the computer would have been great. Dell makes great products. My complaint is with the Dell Store on Amazon. They sold me a computer then the next day said that my address is undeliverable. This is nonsense. I've received numerous orders from Amazon over the last several years delivered by FedEx, USPS, UPS, and others with no issue whatsoever. Dell has not responded to repeated requests for an explanation. I think I'll start looking for a new supplier. ... show more

This is a very nice computer, fast. Like the large screen, only had it a few days but I like it. I returned the Acer I just purchased because of the loud fan noise. This one is quiet and the speaker volume range is very good. Shipping was really quick, very happy. Really love that it is wireless, mouse and keyboard. I never had one before, it's really nice not to have more wires all over the desk and underneath.
