Great for travel
Bought this for use on a cruise ship. Light weight made it portable with ease. Transportation to/from ship using UBER and taxi presented no problems and use while onboard was easy. No issues with battery life, charging, speed. Price was very reasonable considering other higher priced options available. I would recommend this for someone who needs to transport their mobility scooter in a car for use away from where they live. Questions to support line answered quickly. This product serves my needs and has been reliable. ... show more

Great Scooter and Amazing Customer Service.
Color: Silver Set name: 30MI
Amazing customer service. Helped answer any and all questions about assembly, storage, or features. The scooter is light enough for me to life in to my trunk alone. My short arms make it slightly difficult but thats just me. Not the scooter weight. Folding and unfolding is quick and easy. Battery charging and removal is easy. Steering and going/braking is good. Love the extra features (phone charger port, basket, head and rear lights, horn) Fairly comfortable seat. I with the base was just a bit longer but my husband has no issues. The only “downsides” of this scooter is that it does not have a tight turn radius but with reverse we have been able to maneuver just fine. It does not have any sounds or beeping when reversing. And when going and stopping (like when in a line at Disney), it is very sudden. There is no gradual roll to a stop. This can make small movements a little jolting. Hopefully this can last with us for the next few years. ... show more

Great product 👌
We bought this for my mom a few weeks ago. We thought we had an issue with our battery which turned out to be user error. Customer service was excellent and took care of our questions right away. My mom loves her new scooter and helps her feel independent. The scooter is compact enough to carry in the car, good battery life and easy to use. I highly recommend it. ... show more

Dad's got new wheels!
Color: Silver Set name: 30MI
I was excited when my father asked me to search for a scooter, but also a bit nervous. These can be pricey and I'm a believer in that saying, you get what you pay for. Well, you do. And sometimes that's a positive. We didn't need bells and whistles. We didn't want a super heavy thing, and we weren't paying for bulk. We got: 40 lbs - it's light enough to pick up if you can still deadlift a grocery bag of juice jugs Body-narrow chassis - fits neatly behind one car seat, wheels included Short Cart - no extra bulk at nose or tail in case you need it to travel sideways in your car Guts! - speeds go up to 5mph (that's a jog, not a walk) A basket - just big enough for a few small things My father walks at .5mph with a cane on a good day. With this scooter he can keep up with me while I kill myself on a 3mph exercise walk (I'm aging too). For as long as it takes (usually 30-45 minutes). He can also go shopping alone with minimal difficulty as long as he can continue to get this thing in and out of his car. We're both happy that, with this affordable thing, he can continue to be independent. He's just getting out, not doing the shopping for a household. It is set up for use, not looks. That said, I like how it looks. Both batteries need to be on it to use it because one of them is the foot rest. That’s also your spare in case the other runs dry. Dad takes them out before trying to lift it to help make it lighter. I didn't weigh them but I think they're about 5lbs together. It does have a horn. If you use it indoors you will hear it. It also has lights front and back, but I wouldn't rely on them outside either and they will reduce battery life. For stores and daylight park walks, this thing is perfect. And it's sturdy. The frame, which is most of the weight, is steel. The motor underneath, the rest of the weight, has a cover to protect it for traveling over grass. I can pick this thing up and I'm a petite female who resists exercising. I'd add this to my car if I was in Dad's shoes. The instructions for assembly and use were clear and simple and it came with all the needed tools. The seat arms, the back stabilizer wheels, the lever to put it in neutral, and the front basket bracket need to be put on it before use. I also turned the backrest brace around to make it more comfortable. The flat edge on that brace needs to be up but it looked like it was on backward, taking an inch from the available seat space. We had it fully assembled, tested and in the car in about 45 minutes from sliding it out of the box. That time included the required family council time for each step of assembly. Family of do-it-yourselfers. You know what I mean. :) Dad keeps it secured with bungee cords while in his car. If it's set so it doesn't roll on its own I think it's heavy enough to not slide under normal driving conditions. So far, this was a good add to maintain quality of life. I recommend one for any senior hesitating to go out because they just can't walk as far or as long as they used to. If you're using the store scooters and want one of your own, buy this one. ... show more
