Nice riding. Do not turn at full speed as the front suspension is not designed as heavy duty as a car. Back up buzzer is annoying. Before inserting key make sure the drive lever is engaged first otherwise it will just beep at you and not move forward or back.

    • GREAT VALUE FOR THE COST
I have had my scooter for a week now, I fully charged the battery before I even put it on the scooter. It took less than an hour to come to full charge. Assembly was very simple and easy. I am a 78 year old man and had no problem. I ride it every day 3 times a day to take my dog out walking for 15 to 20 minutes each time. I only have the speed control at half speed for the dog, and I have not charged it yet after 6 days of riding, and it is still 3/4 charged still. I weigh 210 pounds and it goes very well. I would recommend a light pillow as you do feel the bumps. The seat is nice, but not real cushony. I am also 5’8” tall and fit just ok, as it is not as long as the more expensive ones. Also, I was amazed at the weight. Once I took the battery off and lifted the seat off, I would guess the weight at 40 pounds as I was able to lift the body using the handle in the rear and the steering bar and put it to the back of my dodge grand caravan. I am thinking about getting another one for my wife as her arthritis is getting to her knees. I highly recommend this scooter. ... show more

Purchased 4/24/2024 with free return within 30 days. Arrived 4/29/2024. Assembled on 4/30 and set it to charge. After 10hrs fully charged. Took out for test drive when started it only went moved about 1 ft. And killed. Repeated process several. Decided maybe it needed a longer charge so I placed it back on charger for a few more hrs. Again same progress. 5/01/2024 contacted amazon. Representative reached out to seller whom offered a partial refund. I refused so she came back and said they'll issue a full refund, and I should receive a return label through message or email and if I don't hear from seller within 3-5 days to call back and amazon would do full refund. Needless to say the seller never sent label. So on 5/8/2024 called Amazon and they stated they didn't have any record of speaking to me about a return I told her it was all in my messages. I was placed on hold several times and finally I was told she could not issue refund had an error with the system to call back later. All I want was a working scooter and now I'm stuck with a lemon and no refund. I'm going to keep trying and hopefully I can get some results without involving an Attorney. ... show more

I have had my scooter since September 2023. It was OK to put it together by myself, but it would have been much easier with someone to help. It speeds along at a decent clip at about half power, and it is pretty zippy when set to the fastest setting. The speed settings are a turtle and a hare, by the way. The lights and the turn signals are helpful, but I found the mirrors annoying and distracting, so I removed mine. The seat is comfortable, and the arms have a wide amount of adjustments that can be made to make the armrest comfortable as well. My only two complaints with this scooter are that the horn and, therefore, the beep when backing up is extremely loud, and I wish there was a way to turn it off other than going in and disconnecting it completely. The other complaint is that the turning radius is crap. I can take my scooter to Walmart and make turns from one aisle to another, but I cannot in other stores like Hobby Lobby, or any clothing stores. I could also not make a turn from an elevator I had to take to the exit door to go to one of my college classes without having to make a three or four-point turn.     • Battery is very difficult to get going and "The Company-Eveaniy" does not care to correctly help!!!
Many problems with the battery. I know "Eveaniy" does do not care but I have done everything they have suggested for over 2 weeks. I did have the Drive in the wrong spot once, but, I corrected it and the wires on the battery are not looses but tight. When you put the battery in, the two parts on the side, do not push down. As a result, I could finally, each time, jiggle the battery, for a while with the key in and then it finally starts and then screw it down. You have to do this everytime you take the battery out, to get the scooter in the car. I spent over $700 for the scooter and you have to go thru this everytime the time. Therefore, I guess the only way to get around it is to buy a $1,300 hydraulic trailer, so you don't have to take out the battery. When they built the scooter, why don't they do it right? I am beginning to let let people know the difficulty associated with the scooter. It is just not right. Remember, if you want to return it to them or Amazon, you have to pay over $250 to ship it back. Good luck, if you should buy one from Amazon. ... show more
