Delivered broken. The wire connector on the inside of the battery box is broken in half so we can’t charge it. Struggling to get help with this. Used this scooter at the state fair. It was great. I was thanking God that I didn’t have to walk. I wouldn’t have even made it to the gate. It’s really cute, my favorite color. I didn’t know they made purple scooters, but here we are. 💜 I love it. Ready to take it somewhere else. Seems very sturdy. My only issue is it’s quite heavy. But my hubby and I get it into the SUV pretty easily. Very reasonably priced too. Easy to drive. My bff wants to buy one too. ... show more

Has made a big difference in mobility. My dog is very happy that I no longer slow him down because I can't walk fast enough. Plenty of power and speed, handles bumpy terrain well but not so good in deeper gravel. The battery is long lasting and the headlight powerful. A good product.
