When I got this and opened the box, it looked so large in my apartment that I was horrified. Just. So. Big. Then I had to wrestle it out of the box it came in and that was a job. It was so well packed and I was finding that every piece was surrounded by styrofoam. It weighed a lot! Assembling it was easy. The quality is good, but I couldn’t get the basket to open up as there was extra wire keeping it together for shipping (I’ll get a friend to cope with it. No rush, as I probably don’t need it anyway.). It’s comfortable and actually the right size for me now that I’ve adjusted to it. I’ve been able to maneuver to where I need to be at a decent rate of speed. The only problem I really had with this scooter was the backing up beep being so loud that everyone around me winced. But I figured out where the speaker was located which was right behind the rear wheels. I turned the scooter on its side, wrapped the speaker in a plastic bag, then went around that with painters tape. Once I determined that was the solution, I then wrapped it in duct tape. I had to go around it twice to really lower the sound but it worked out. No complaints now even from my sister who swore it had made her ears bleed (drama queen). FYI, you could probably take the speaker off entirely, but that might affect your warranty. I then made sure it was on my renter’s insurance.

Shipment was super quick—no waiting around at all! So far, this scooter has totally lived up to what I hoped for. I watched a video beforehand on how to unbox and set it up, which helped a ton. There were a couple of times I couldn’t figure out how to take it apart, but rewatching the video answered all my questions right away. The battery even came with some charge, so we got to test driving it a bit right off the bat. My husband is 5’10”, and he fits really well on it when the seat’s in the highest position. As for storage, I can fit the scooter easily in my small SUV crossover—no issues at all, as long as I put the back seat down. My trunk space is pretty tiny, but I rarely have people in the back seat anyway, so that’s never a problem. We’ll be taking it to an outdoor fair this weekend to see how it handles—looking forward to it!

This scooter arrived Aug 8. Unpacked and assembled on Aug 9. Instructions on some areas very vague, took longer than expected to assemble. Item was functional at completion of assembling. Following AM the key wouldn't turn in the ignition chamber. Exhausting all variables to turn, repeated emails to sender, they deducted it was a chamber issue. Which I surmised from the start. Two weeks later the new chamber arrived. My responsibility to either replace myself of hire someone to replace for me. Replacement installed, key turns perfectly. Issue #2 and #3: screws to attach rear basket bracket attachment weren't included as we're screws needed to attach the battery compartment cover to the frame. Seven days have now clasped and no tracking number as to if or when these items will arrive. Very frustrating needless to say.

Very impressed!! It stands taller than my previous ones. Super easy assembly. It came 5 days early that really wowed me. I would like to add full charged battery. Great job folks . They added tools with few extra small parts in nice pouch.

I bought this for my mom and she is very happy with that. It is easy to use and she almost use it everyday. But the battery is defective. She only commutes to a park which is 0.5mile away. But every two to three trips (2-3miles) she needs a recharge. One day for her third trip she almost cannot get back and someone helped push her.

Delivered very well packaged and packaged rock solid. It was very easy to remove from box. You only had to cut down on both sides of box and slide away. Make sure you charge for 12 hours first and you get the most runtime from battery. It was so easy to put together and after initial charge, start running it right away. Its a great buy and we'll worth the money. So far I'm happy with it and I love it.
