Love this mobility scooter. I’m about a week into owning this, and I can’t believe I didn’t buy it sooner. The company has amazing customer service with quick replies and solutions. They go above and beyond. This particular scooter (scootngo lite) is really foldable and light. It folds up better than my beach chair. The only thing I would suggest is to be able to put some sort of adjustment to the handlebar to push it a few inches forward for knee room, or if the seat was able to shift back an inch or two (but honestly it’s still so close to perfect I can’t really complain), I’m fairly tall, it still comfortable for me, but I can see someone a bit taller than me might be tight. The scooter is very well built and handles city bumpy sidewalks very well. The light is super bright, like really bright, the engine is quiet. A few inches short of 6’ tall and I still fit well onto this scooter. The speed is enough, I was worried it might be too slow when I was shopping for a scooter, but 5mph is nearly double the speed of normal walking speed, it’s fast enough. It’s very easy to use. I really have no complaints about the mobility scooter. I’ve previously rented scooters for trips and whatnot. Rentals are always heavy, and bulky. This scooter is very compact, i could likely fit 3 or 4 into my trunk at the same time. If you’re under the weight limit I can’t see any reason to not get this scooter if your looking, it’s truly a life changer for anyone who needs it. This scooter was the one I decided on because I don’t have a garage, and my home isn’t very large, I would have nowhere to store those bulky heavy ones without locking it to a pole outside or something. This one is folded up and easily carried up a few steps to inside by my family multiple times a day, it’s far lighter than it looks I’m told. It folds up really compact and is able to be stored out of the way. The charger is pretty fast. The battery switch on board is kinda awesome, along with the battery meter on the dash. Once you run out you flip the batteries and keep going. It really seems like the folks who designed this thing really wanted to make something that helps people by making things simple, light, and easy to use, not just make money. It also looks nice, there are some accessories that fit this scooter well, personally I found a stroller bag, and a cup holder (duffel or fabric Velcro type) fit the front by the handles front and back really well and are super convenient. And some cane holder clamps that fit onto the arm rest nicely, making me able to lock my cane and grabber onto the armrest side. The scooter has a nice storage compartment under the seat, and I got the one with the wagon that hooks up to the back, which is perfect if you need to bring or go get a bunch of things.

Absolutely love this! It’s fun to tell people it has a magic trick then watch their face as I fold it. Jaw drop every time lol. Appreciate that easy to store in my apartment and I can walk out my door to hall using it as a walker then open up in hall. Easy for my family to put in their cars. Quick to recharge. All around I’m very very pleased. I suggest you should get and you will be too.

I recently used the Scoot n Go Lite during a trip to Switzerland, and it made a significant difference in overall mobility and comfort. The scooter is extremely easy to use, even for first-time users. It folds quickly and effortlessly, which is especially valuable when navigating airports, trains, or tight spaces. The compact folding design makes transport and storage very convenient. Battery performance is another strong point. The range is excellent and easily handled full days of use without concern. Recharging is simple and fast, which adds to the overall practicality—particularly when traveling. In terms of build quality, the scooter feels solid and well-made. It performs reliably and smoothly across different environments, from airports to city streets. It was especially helpful throughout our Europe trip, making it much easier for someone with mobility challenges to fully participate and enjoy the experience. Overall, this is a high-quality product that works extremely well and delivers real value for travel and daily use. The only improvement I would suggest is a more secure locking mechanism when the scooter is folded. With that enhancement, it would easily be a 5-star product. I purchased my scoot n go on Black Friday 2025 and I have nothing but the highest of praises for this product. Unboxing was so easy set up was equally as easy, and once the batteries were charged, my scoop and go has not stopped since. I take it with me everywhere I go, to the grocery store, and any other place I need to go I now enjoy the comfort and ease of my freedom. I am disabled, and this is made everything available to me again. The price is fantastic. It’s equally comparable with others, but the quality is much much better. The highest of quality products are used in the making of this electric freedom chair. I can’t thank you enough and those of you thinking of getting something like this, stop thinking about it and just do it! I love it being able to come back down and be able to put it in the car whenever I need to go battery life is very long. I bought a secondary battery and it has. I have hardly used it. Its compact light battery life is great maneuverability is wonderful. The weight is fantastic, I can’t say enough praise about this product!

Performed as advertised. But not really super light. Folds well and looks dependable. I’m not really fan of 2 separate battery design. I don’t know the reason why it was designed that way. Price is a little bit high for me.
