As expected, good value for your money, easy to drive, easy to assemble, not heavy you can manage it without trouble, Basically you pull it out of the box, pull the batteries to turn them on, insert the key and go. Comes without cover or carrying canvas bag, so I ordered one on Amazon. Something that I was upset about, was the front black acrylic panel where you insert key, arrived extremely dirty.

This scooter is light weight, opens and folds easily, and fits in the back of our car. It was bought to replace a heavier scooter. Took it to a hilly zoo, drove it for 4 hours and it as still on the first battery. Plenty of power.

I got this scooter for my dad. His knees went bad a while back, and he's been cooped up at home ever since. Once we got it all set up, he took it for a spin around the driveway, the 4 wheel design feels super stable. He's over the moon that he no longer has to bug anyone to take him places, he can just get on his scooter and go. The battery life is also amazing, he hasn't charged it for two days. The first day, he even rode all the way to my place, which is about 3 miles away, just because he wanted to get out in the sunshine. He stayed here until night, we found the headlight is a fantastic touch for night use. The next morning, he was up at 6 a.m. to ride to the corner store for a newspaper, something he hadn't managed to do on his own in a year. Every penny was worth it. He's not just getting around again, he's living again. Thanks for giving that back to him.

My mom's in her 70s and has a bit of trouble walking now, but she still insists on going out every day — little walks, groceries, just getting some air. I've been trying to find something that's not too heavy, folds up easy, and doesn't look like a big bulky machine. This scooter really hit the mark. She's about 5'5", and it fits her really well. Comfortable seat, easy to handle, nothing awkward about it. Just a heads-up: you have to turn on the battery switch before you try to power it up. Took us a while to figure out what we were doing wrong. I ended up calling customer service, and to my surprise, a real person picked up, no long wait, and they actually explained everything clearly. Super helpful, very patient. I can lift it into the trunk without a problem. Took her to the park last weekend — she was riding around happy as can be, waving to people, chatting with strangers like she was running for mayor. A few people came over asking what kind of scooter it was and where we got it. Honestly, it's been such a good purchase. She feels more independent, I feel better knowing she can get around on her own. Win-win.
