PROS: I love how easy it was to put together and it came fully charged. It has 2 baskets that will really help me when I go to the grocery store but most importantly I can start back taking my little stinker out for his daily walks and not just in the front. He was so excited that he sniff peed and just had a ball getting to smell all the different things but I think he mainly enjoyed the ride. CONS: It rides alittle hard and it really doesn't ride over grass and gravel very well. The seat is not that comfortable but I put a chair pillow on it and it feels fine. The back of seat sits right on my lower back so I'm alittle sore when I get off but nothing alittle pain cream won't fix. But overall I'm so pleased with it and I'm glad that reviews I read help me to determine to buy this. I was missing some screws for the basket in the back seller response was quick and handled very professional they gave me something to help my purchase the screws and I was very please if I had to purchase from this seller again I will ... show more

As one gets old, going out becomes inconvenient. My husband bought me an elderly mobility scooter with front and rear storage baskets, and it's truly wonderful! The design of this scooter is so considerate. The front basket can hold vegetables and newspapers, and the rear one can accommodate a lot of stuff. It's stable when driving, and the operation is simple. I can handle it with ease. The speed is appropriate, and the seat is comfortable. I don't feel tired when riding it. I'm a bigger guy, weighing 220 lbs, and I struggle with walking long distances. It took us about 30 minutes to assemble this, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
