I've been trying to get my husband (80+) to check out some scooters because he can't hardly walk anymore. He had always pooh-poohed my suggestion (3-4 years now) stating the run about $2000 and up, yada yada. He has ridden Harley's most of his life and after his stroke 4 years ago had to sell his Road King. If you ride you know how devastating this would be! So I found this little beauty, ordered it without telling him and assembled it. He saw ME trying it out up and down the sidewalk and decided he could give it a try but isn't hopeful and feels stupid. He's already talking about putting flames on it! He loves it! I just hope we can get a spare battery (the one it comes with is just fine) to carry on our adventures. The price is amazing, it was so easy to assemble, can be folded down and the seat lifted off for the trunk of our Prius, and is his favorite shade of blue!

I bought this so my dog could still go out for walks. He is 16 and really cant walk much. He sits in the basket and totally enjoys the ride. The charge holds for a long time. I think it was reasonably priced for the fun I have with my dog. Its easy to drive, and I love the back up "beeps".

Purchased 4/24/2024 with free return within 30 days. Arrived 4/29/2024. Assembled on 4/30 and set it to charge. After 10hrs fully charged. Took out for test drive when started it only went moved about 1 ft. And killed. Repeated process several. Decided maybe it needed a longer charge so I placed it back on charger for a few more hrs. Again same progress. 5/01/2024 contacted amazon. Representative reached out to seller whom offered a partial refund. I refused so she came back and said they'll issue a full refund, and I should receive a return label through message or email and if I don't hear from seller within 3-5 days to call back and amazon would do full refund. Needless to say the seller never sent label. So on 5/8/2024 called Amazon and they stated they didn't have any record of speaking to me about a return I told her it was all in my messages. I was placed on hold several times and finally I was told she could not issue refund had an error with the system to call back later. All I want was a working scooter and now I'm stuck with a lemon and no refund. I'm going to keep trying and hopefully I can get some results without involving an Attorney.

It’s very small and compact much easier to maneuver than I thought it would be. Actually it’s so light I usually just pick it up and swing it where I need to go. I mostly use this for the bus and it’s actually too small for the sensor on one of the more modern handicapped seats that mobility scooters are supposed to go. And yes very light. Instead of going back and forth to get it in place I just stand up (I’m a big girl but can’t walk for very long) and unlock the wheels and just pick up the back and slide it in place. The beeping noise when backing is up is actually the worst part of this whole needing a scooter.. It just draws attention to me and I hate that, I am actually all for having the horn disconnected. I use it on the bus and stores, and the library, all the last places on earth you want to make noise, and the most judgmental people and I don’t even want them knowing I have to use it. Other than that, the seat could be cushionier. Otherwise a wonderful scooter, and I’m glad to have been able to get one.

Great product! The only problem I had was that the Tires sound like they are going flat when driving. The battery life is great and the ease of use I love the speed and the safety feature. However, I did wish I could turn off the back up alarm. It can be irritating.

We got it so that our in-law could experience Walt Disney World. Its battery is fantastic, it feels like it could do 3-4 parks in one charge. It is small to fit the car, we have a Jeep Wrangler. But be mindful Disney lines have narrow space and in many occasions it wasnt able to do the narrow turns. It is heavy so not to hurt myself i removed the battery to lift into the car. Maybe a 3wheeler would be able to do the narrow turns but i would be afraid of the stability for her. So my in law decided to walk the lines and use it in the open and it worked well for us. For larger people like 6ft or over 300lbs get something bigger.

I found this for my parent to be able to move around a lot better since unable to walk as steadily as before. They love the turtle vs rabbit speed mode that is adjustable given the surface area they be traveling on. They are truly enjoying the freedom it gives to be mobile again without needing assistance to move around. It's easily transportable via a small suv. It may be some difficulty for someone with a regular size car. The swivel seat makes it easier also when they are transferring from one seated position to another. It was a great deal considering the prices being charged at an actual store front. Haven't had any problems with it.

Got what I paid for. Fits my needs. This is a bargain, but it has its drawbacks. First, it's a bit small. I'm a small person, so it's fine for me, but if you weigh over 150 lbs., I'd recommend a larger scooter. Second, it has no springs. This makes it really rough on rough terrain. On a gravel road, it will wear you out. Bumps must be taken slowly. Third, the turning radius is too long. I'm sure they do this to prevent you from dumping it over by turning too sharply, because it is narrow, and easy to dump on turns if you are going too fast. Good things: Battery life is fine, about 12 miles. It is easy to transport--separate the battery and seat and the rest can be lifted easily by 2 people, and an adult man can lift it alone.
