I ordered this scooter for my 91 year old father who just moved into Assisted Living. The walk from his room to the dining area, outside and other activities was more than he was used to with his walker so I thought this would scooter would help him. It was super easy to put together and the video provided was very useful. He absolutely loves it and was so excited that he can now easily move about even on dialysis days when his energy is zapped. It is easy to drive and maneuver for him as well.

Was easy to set up, and my dad finds it easy to use. He doesn't go out very often so the battery charge lasts a while for him. It's been great to give him a little bit of independence though

Do not buy won’t last!!!!
I. would definitely not buy this!!! we bought this for my daughter who uses a wheelchair to get around her college campus. We purchased this in September and December it broke.. They have been giving me the go around since December.. They sent me a part to fix it. That did not fix it. Refused to give a refund or send a new one.. and do not honor their warranty. If you’re paying this much for a product, it should last more than six months and this didn’t even last six months. Like seriously do not buy this.!! The seller is awful to deal with

Where's the charging port hidden?
Packed a little two well with the plastic wrap on all scratchable surfaces. Took about 1/2 hour to unbox strip the sticky plastic and assemble which was about the same amount of time it took to find the charging port for the battery. The booklet is no help in this regard and really is no help at all. Take note, if you sit in the seat and follow the left side of the steering column all the way to just under where the "steering wheel" attaches you'll see a black disc on the column. Rotate it and there's your charging port. It's also not that light and may not fit in the back of a hatchback. It's also not that maneuverable around tight corners so it may not be practical inside a home. You may need something to haul it around for shopping etc.. Other than that, it seems like it still might do the trick when out and about.

Minor damage/ scratches on both rear fenders.
Slightly damaged on rear fenders probably from shipping, otherwise usable. As advertised, very fast. A little heavy for seniors to load and unload from vehicle without having help. Recommend reading user guide completely before use.
