I took my new scooter on vacation. 2 previous scooters were the folding ones. They would only last a year at the best. The convenience was great but the battery was always running low. I went everywhere up and down hills, on rocks, on pavement, on wood and it easily handled it. Each night returning to the room and saw that I may have dropped one dot the entire day. Depending on response, I will upgrade this review later. I see the same scooter now shows a 5 year warranty. I bought mine a little over 2 years ago on Feb 9th 2024 and to it on several Orlando trips with my Wife of 51 yrs . Maybe 6 times total for 3 days to a week per trip. The last trip was April of this year with my Great Grandson. on DAY 1 , the seat back broke on both sides where it meets the lower seat. I had use it with NO BACK SUPPORT over the next 4 days. By the end of the day my back would be killing me! The broken pieces started tearn THROUGH the leather/plastic seat, jabbing my leg! Before this trip I would have EASILY given this scooter FIVE STARS! I bought a larger battery, strap-on bag with cupholders, a rain cover & recently got a new truck to haul it and now ramp to put it back! A NEW Identical seat costs $450 ... I can nearly buy a A NEW SCOOTER FOR THAT! please..Is this covered under Warranty or not... The Seller STORE no2 didn't SHOW a category for BROKEN FRAMES OR SEATS? ... show more

This mobility scooter was reasonably priced, it arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. The only area where I wish it were different would be in the area where feet are placed, I wish it were a little bigger area.
