Bought the item early on in December. Assembled it a few days before Christmas. I Charged it the recommended hours before its 1st use. Turn it on to check the charge and it powered on. I turned it off, then tried to use it on the 25th and it would not turn back on. Inspected all the electrical components but nothing was loose. Requested a refund. Edit: The customer service team was very helpful in trying to resolve my issue. Although I didn't, they gave me a full refund. Absolutely cute and my boy 8 years old loved. We had a problem when the front wheel fell ( I didn’t tighten enough), send a ms to the seller. They responded immediately, send me a ms how to do it with a video explaining. Also they add the product have 6 months guarantee for exchange or return!.

I really liked this item, but 4 stars because unfortunately I was not able to assemble it properly because of a broken wire however otherwise the look and feel and make of this item is great! I was able to get a refund and plan to repurchase. I will make another review then.

My granddaughter loves it. Battery last a while. She hasn’t run it out n a day. But she figured out the higher speeds at 5 years old. But it’s been great for her

    • Front wheel fell off.

My son love it but the front wheel fell off and the other front wheel is loose. It should use a different design to hold the wheel on. A bolt without Loctite or a pin is a terrible design for a child’s scooter. I will use red Loctite on the bolts when I reassemble.

    • Great option
You really have to make sure the handle is locked in place or the latch will fall off. Also make sure everything is really tight. My husband had to tighten again after his initial try. I also suggest gloves because when they fall it leaves a mark.
