When I got this and opened the box, it looked so large in my apartment that I was horrified. Just. So. Big. Then I had to wrestle it out of the box it came in and that was a job. It was so well packed and I was finding that every piece was surrounded by styrofoam. It weighed a lot! Assembling it was easy. The quality is good, but I couldn’t get the basket to open up as there was extra wire keeping it together for shipping (I’ll get a friend to cope with it. No rush, as I probably don’t need it anyway.). It’s comfortable and actually the right size for me now that I’ve adjusted to it. I’ve been able to maneuver to where I need to be at a decent rate of speed. The only problem I really had with this scooter was the backing up beep being so loud that everyone around me winced. But I figured out where the speaker was located which was right behind the rear wheels. I turned the scooter on its side, wrapped the speaker in a plastic bag, then went around that with painters tape. Once I determined that was the solution, I then wrapped it in duct tape. I had to go around it twice to really lower the sound but it worked out. No complaints now even from my sister who swore it had made her ears bleed (drama queen). FYI, you could probably take the speaker off entirely, but that might affect your warranty. I then made sure it was on my renter’s insurance.

This mobility scooter came in packaged very well. As someone else stated getting it out of the box and Styrofoam was a bit diffcult but manageable. The color is a really nice blue. I'm sure this is going to improve my mobility a lot especially in the summer. The price is reasonable and I was able to use Affirm payments which is a big plus for me as I'm on a fixed income. I wanted to update. I used it for the first time today so I can practice using it. The one issue which is a minor thing is the backup and horn sound is super loud! As I was just riding it, I noticed it was a smooth ride even with my overweight self. I did reach out to ask a question and the customer service was very helpful and was quick in response to the question. I have been recommending this mobility scooter to people in my apartment building. If someone from customer support for Wheel Wavi can contact me about how to muffle the backup/horn sound I would appreciate it. Other than the very loud backup and horn sound I absolutely love the scooter

Delivered broken. The wire connector on the inside of the battery box is broken in half so we can’t charge it. Struggling to get help with this. I want to express how important it is to carefully read the instruction manual before you attempt to put this together. It’s not hard or complicated but you do need to be patient. As far as trouble shooting the manual only tells you about the battery and its operational maintenance. Trouble shooting is a Hit and miss. There is no first time start up and ride instructions. YouTube may be a good option. Mine was try try try again and I finally succeeded. The only real issue I had was the head light was broken in shipment. Picture below.
