If the starter cord cannot be pulled, it may be because no oil was added to the crankcase before starting, causing the engine to seize up. What should I do if the starter cord on the machine gets stuck, but it’s not completely jammed? We recommend removing the spark plug, adding a few drops of engine oil to the cylinder, and then trying to pull the starter cord again. If the engine turns over, the product is functioning properly. Is the gearbox directly under the engine supposed to contain oil or grease and how do you add it if it is low? Only need to add gear oil to the gearbox under the propeller. Simply unscrew the bolt to drain or refill the oil, you can use a syringe to inject it.
