Highly recommend. The furniture is good quality, looks nice and is very comfortable. We bought it for our covered deck and wanted something that looked upscale vs aluminum or plastic outdoor furniture. The seat cushions are a good level of firmness. Being able to choose the color of the wicker and the cushions was big plus for us; the fabric has a great feel. The synthetic wicker weave is snug and lay nicely throughout. The swivel glider chairs are smooth and relaxing. We bought the 6piece set. It arrived in multiple shipments, which Belord mentioned. The coffee table was broken during transit by FedEx, all FedEx said was there was a “delay” When I reached out via Amazon, Belord was already on it. Immediately shipping a replacement. Exactly the kind of response you want when there is an issue. The replacement coffee table arrived a couple days later in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward. Be sure you leave the screws loose until the piece is assembled, then you can complete final tightening. Each box has tools needed for assembly, but I used a an adjustable torque drill which made final tightening quick work. It uses a 4mm Allen tool and the coffee table came with a little open end wrench, too. The frame welds are nice and smooth. The metal is powder coated and seems like it will stay nice for years. We really enjoy the set. All we need now is for the weather to warm up a bit more so we can enjoy it even more.

I purchased this Belord 5 Piece Furniture Set and could not be happier. The furniture is beautiful and well built. Cushions are soft and thick. I love the ability to swivel and the glide option is very stress relieving. However best of all I really appreciated the Customer Support. I had no trouble putting the furniture together as instructions were very good. However I was missing 3 washers , probably due to my misplacing them , to complete the last step of second chair. I contacted Customer Support and spoke to Cynthia who was so nice and responsive letting me know that Customer Support would send the hardware in 3 to 7 days at no charge. The hardware washers arrived exactly when Cynthia told me. I cannot thank her enough for keeping me informed and being a pleasure to speak with. If you want an exceptional product with Customer Support to match , do not hesitate to purchase the Belord product as you will not be disappointed. .

After a lot of searching in person and online, we ordered the Belord 6 piece outdoor patio furniture. The pieces were delivered quickly and in several deliveries. It did take some time to put the pieces together but the instructions were clear and even provided the tools for assembly. One deciding factor was having a choice of wicker and cushion color. We love the glider rockers and having the ottomons is a bonus. The cushions are very comfortable. We did have an issue with the glider back and right arm and the company sent a replacement that we received within a few days. They were very responsive. We are enjoying our new patio furniture on our newly built enclosed back porch.

Overall these are nice chairs. They arrived in one box, and the parts were clearly labeled making the assembly pretty straight forward. I was able to assemble them by myself. Chairs are rated for 350 pounds. The metal on them seems capable of supporting that weight. I've attached a picture of the strapping that is under the cushion in case you wondered what it was like. Why 4 stars? A couple of reasons. first, the cushions are not as thick as I had hoped for and the chairs sit a little low for me, I'm 6' 1". My wife who is shorter loves them. Second, I wonder how they will hold up. See the picture where it looks like they ran out of steel and so they welded on a short piece. Lastly, one of the swivels was extremely tough to turn. I put some WD40 on it and it loosened it up, but not sure others would want that hassle or have WD40 lying around. On the plus side, the glide is smooth and no issues with it. So on net, they seem to be a good chair and only time will tell.

This is a beautiful, substantial set. The swivel rockers are top notch. It took me 2-1/2 hours to put the first chair together as the written instructions and the video weren't the best. The second chair took about 1-1/2 hours as one of the screws just wouldn't go in straight (finally did) but I knew what I was doing the second time around. It was worth the effort as the set looks great! I think it's very high quality for the price. Can't wait to put these on my new covered front porch when it's finished. They are also very comfortable. I would recommend this set without hesitation. Using a power hand tool to tighten the screws was helpful. Also make sure you use the gold tool that comes with the set to tighten the bolts. At first I didn't know what it was!

Furniture arrived on a wet day via Fed EX, so I waited until a nice day to assemble. The chairs were time consuming. Took close to 2 hours to get both of them together. No real problem. The side tables were another story. Three legs on each table had to have bolt holes made larger due to mounting holes not lining up. A metal burr on the dremel worked well and added a half hour to the assembly. An hour for both tables total. The glider loveseat was missing 8 of the 12 stop nuts that hold the support arms in place so had to run to the hardware store. 4 dollars and 20 min later I had the glider put together. An hour total. The 2 ottomans were a breeze and took maybe 45 min for both. The set is comfortable and all pieces glide smoothly. Only 3 stars because if the extra time and running around I had to do, otherwise 4 stars.
