Package arrived with all parts included - nothing was damaged. Great little set for the price! Leveling feet, solid materials, seems sturdy and good for the budget. If your looking for a halfway decent patio set and don't want to spend much, this is it. Assembly was straight forward, I spent about 15 minutes assembling all the pieces (take that at face value, I am a DIY/very mechanical person). The chairs and bench seem sturdy and are pretty comfortable. I especially like the material used for the seats as it will dry pretty darn quick in Texas. Table seems like it is sturdy also. Will have a better idea of the wear & tear once we put it to use.

Update 5/8/2023: The seller was kind enough to listen to the problem and willing to resolve it. He understood and send a replacement that doesn't have many issues like the original package. Likely some of them were specific to a piece. Check the sizes carefully and If you like the design, I would recommend a purchase. ----------------- This is a nice little set, smaller than expected but that’s okay. The cushions are nice. There are few issues out of the box 1. The left side of the table is damaged, bent inside. This makes glass top to not fit perfectly between left and right pieces 2. One chair and love seat comes with misaligned legs, only 3 touch the ground at a time 3. One of the screw broken during assembly, irreplaceable of course 4. Weaves are broken at couple places and I assume it would break sooner than it should It’s not so easy to put together, need some serious alignment skills. I would have returned if I knew all of these issues before I started the assembly but unfortunately it’s too late now, don’t want to get through the hassle of disassemble, package and return shipment of this big package. Thought of writing the review if it saves the trouble for some of other buyers.

It is a great quality and reasonable price. Our son in law put them together quite easily even though the directions were only pictures I would recommend the set as long as you have someone who knows what they are doing to put it together

What an absolutely beautiful set this is it did take quite a while for my husband to put it together about 2 1/2 hours but when he finished it look like a really expensive set we're very pleased with it as long as you're under 300 pounds, and I'm just being honest. I'm a plus size girl 238 lbs and it felt sturdy and comfortable. This is one of those times. I actually bought what I wanted and I got what I wanted. It was inexpensive, but sturdy enough for a nice backyard set it took a little while to put together, but it was really nicely done. Everything lined up all the pieces were there and it arrived a day earlier than we expected! Buy the set!!!

I was unable to complete assembly of both chairs and the couch due to misaligned holes and bent frames. Problems came after assembling the table and partially assembling couch and both chairs, making disassembly, re-packaging and return very difficult. Attaching screws with the small tool provided iakes a long time. I recommend you use a serious tool with a screwdriver handle.

This is a super set! Assembly was fast and easy using a screw gun, and the directions (all pictures) are straight forward and easy to understand. All of the screws are the same size so there is no sorting or trying to figure out the right ones to use. All of the holes were alligned and all of the screws fit easily. Perfect for a 10x10 canopy.

The media could not be loaded. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small set, but can still sit and be above average adult size. We received it in a box and it was amazing to find all the parts condensed together so effectively. It's easy to put together. The key to assembly is not tightening the screws until all the screws are aligned! This set of rattan chairs looks really cute and the price is good! I love the cushions that come with it, so I don't need to buy more than one, it's comfortable to sit on, and it really enhances the look of my patio. The quality is very good. It should work.

This would’ve gotten a higher score except the little extra support pole that goes on the bottom of the seat. None of them fit. They were all too long. You can still sit on them after I spent 90 minutes putting it together. There was no way I was taking it apart again, it feels like as long as someone doesn’t like 350 pounds. There should be no problem. It’s just a matter of the goes on the bottom edge of the seat and it’s not a matter of losing screws. You just can’t stretch metal. It’s made my terrace. Look really nice. It’s like having a second living room. It looks nice. I didn’t want wicker so for the money it’s worth it.
