Delivery: The product arrived on time but it was just 1 box with half of the things; none of which could be assembled to form an entire part of the set. As noted in other reviews here, contacted seller and Amazon customer care for the issue; got an update from seller the very next day and rest of the items were received within a week. (Given the similarity of reviews facing the same issues, I don’t get why both the boxes are sent at the same time, are they waiting for us to note that parts are missing before sending out the remaining ones?) Packaging: The packaging is really good, was worried about the tempered glass condition but it was placed properly between the cushions. The parts were easily identifiable as well. Installation instructions: The installation instructions are easy to understand and so is the assembly. It took us (2 people) less than an hour to assemble the entire set. I like that they have provided a few extra screws just-in-case. Overall look: The set looks gorgeous and feels great to use so far (and is worth the trouble with delivery). We have placed it in a covered patio so not sure about the product performance in sunny/rainy conditions. The measurements are exactly as stated in the description. Comparing the cost and quality with similar products, it’s a great product for this low price.

Very long shipping time, with very little tracking available. Very vague instructions. Just a few instruction sheets with black and white pictures of the parts and how they go together. The parts are labeled on the instruction sheets (Part 'A', Part 'B', etc.) but the actual physical parts aren't labeled at all. You can figure out which parts go where, but you shouldn't have to. Also, the bolts that come in the package are not labeled, while they are labeled on the instruction sheets. Furthermore, some of the sleeve nuts that you put the bolts into came out of the chair side/back pieces when they are supposed to stay in place to accept a bolt. I had to glue some back into place. Also, you have to be careful not to over-tighten some of the longer bolts, as you can crack the aluminum that the bolts slide through in the chair, thus making install impossible without some modification or a bigger washer than what is supplied in the package. Again, this was not mentioned in the instructions. The little table that comes with the set was not quite level when assembled, but it wasn't off by that much. Once the set is together, it looks great and is pretty comfortable. Getting to that point is a big pain though.

I just finished assembling/ modifying the furniture. The instructions are not great. But where the frustration comes from is the the openings for the bolts do not line up. Not even close. I had to drill out additional hole for the screws go through to secure the parts together, The screws require a allen wrench which is included which is difficult to use in the tight spaces. I put the table together last. It was the easiest but to add insult to injury the glass tops doesn't fit. You may be thinking I am just a novice. I have build house, furniture, kitchen cabinets, and barns. I bought this to go on the porch of the guest house I am close to finishing. I do like the chairs they ae comfortable. I wish the the cushions were thicker. I would send it back but I don't want to disassemble it.

The shipping did take a while and was delayed by a day (I believe that was UPS’s fault) but it looks exactly like the pictures. We added the smaller pillows but it is very comfortable and our friends seemed to like it as well! Would definitely recommend!

This set is beautiful and looks expensive. Plus, the cushions are great. The only challenge was the assembly. The directions were not great but would have been easy enough to figure out, except for the fact that even though the pieces were labeled in the directions, they were not labeled on the actual pieces. Same for the screws, etc. It would have been much easier to assemble had this been done. That said, once together, it is perfect in my small space, very comfortable and the black looks contemporary yet cozy with decorative pillows.

This product is easy to assemble, and comfortable. It is sturdy, which was a main concern when buying, as I have many large people in my family, but seems to be well made. The company is so helpful and polite. I had an inquiry about a shipment, because I was missing pieces, and they made it right literally the same day. Within 5 days of inquiry, the issue was remedied. Would highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Hard to assemble, not comfortable not worth $300 it would be great for a sitting area for little kids or just for decoration but who would want to waste that much money, the glass doesn’t fit on the table took us 6 hrs to put it together.
